We had an exceptional experience at Rally's on 131 in Clarksville. The food was hot and fresh and wonderful as was the service...lol. seriously, Jasmine was how all employees should be. Thanks
The food was ok. The automated order taker got my order wrong. I asked for crispy chicken and got spicy chicken instead. I took it back up to the window and was told it would cost me additional money. I said why? Wasn't my fault. They did give it to me but I can tell the manager wasn't happy about it. The lady at the window was very nice and apologized several times. I don't live in the area so I probably won't be able to go back often.

I made an order on the mobile app. Once I showed up, I waited in the drive-through behind three or four other people getting their food. The line moved very quickly and the food was all warm and tasty and was correct. Just like I had ordered it. I’d liked to have had some ketchup included, but I didn’t ask for it so that’s my fault. Will definitely return again.
