I live hours away from the Prospect Papa Johns and wanted to treat some of my Prospect-area family members to a nice pizza dinner. I phoned the restaurant, and its manager, Ryan, worked with me and made the entire transaction painless. The next time I'm in the Louisville area, I will make it a priority to stop in at the Prosect location and to avail myself of their fine food and their hospitality.

It's papa John's, what do you expect. Staff is cool and get the pizzas out the door at a good price and speed.
Excellent experience always - whether delivery or carry out. The staff there is super helpful and helped me get the fr5ee cheesesticks offer even though there was an online problem with the carry out order

Papa John's Pizza is a reliable spot for a good meal. The pizza is consistently well-made, with soft and delicious dough. The Shaq-a-roni pizza is the best looking and tasting pizza. The food is great and the staff is kind, and the store is always clean. However, some orders may be incorrect, and the sauce can be too sweet for some tastes. Depending on the time of an order, a pizza might not come right or is obviously thrown together with no care. Despite this, the pizzas are still devoured quickly.
