We eat at this Five Guys regularly because the food is consistently great. We recently had a small hiccup during one of our visits, and Matthew responded quickly and went above and beyond to make things right.
As someone who works in restaurant management, I know mistakes happen. What matters is how they’re handled, and Matthew handled this exactly the way I hope my own managers would. The customer service was outstanding, and because of that, we’ll definitely be back.
