Staff is so nice
We went through the drive thru around 10:30 pm 7/29/26. I was initially concerned because the car in front of us was taking a while to order. When it was our turn, we were asked to wait, but when the young man (Jamal) returned he answered our questions and was polite and professional. He offered substitutions to make up for items they were low on due to being close to closing. We were very happy with Jamal's service and can do attitude.
I don't know why people don't take the survey on the back of the receipt especially if you love Popeyes like I do take the 2-minute survey and spend $4 on the drink and get two pieces and a biscuit simple math considering they are a little expensive and we all know Popeyes is delicious but expensive
