Great Service tonight! 10/10
This is the only Penn Station I go to. The service is always excellent. However today was great as normal but there was only 2 people working. Normally there are 3. The young man named Ethan was the only one working. There was another lady with him but she was outside smoking for about 45 minutes. She then came in did a half sweep job and helped with one sandwich. She comes off as being very rude when she gave someone their order. She then went back outside. Came here for lunch today, and let me say I’ll ONLY choose this location for now on. I usually go to state st because it’s closer but the last two times they messed up my food. Danea is the BEST on grill!! 🤌🏼 Highly recommend! Great customer service and great, delicious food 🥰
