This was my first time ever eating at Zaxbys. Being a Lady on a walker , it was easy getting parking near the door and getting inside the building. The employees were friendly . The place was clean. Even the tables and seats had been wiped off. I was impressed. The food I loved the Texas Toast . I liked the chicken. I hated the fries. The major complaint is way to much salty seasoning. Had I known you used that much salt, I would not have ordered the fries. I could only eat...read full review
Today was my first day taking my 2 kids to Zaxbys and I was waited on by Landon .. he is such a positive energy with amazing customer service skills and he was very helpful .. with me being a manager at a grocery store for 4 years I find happiness coming into a business where the energy I give my customers is the same .. he is def the reason I will be back
Good food fair prices
Came back today ordered my food on the app and got only 2 chicken tenders on my kickin chicken sandwich and was given a tiny portion of fries even after I upgraded my meal. They changed I guess.
