“Look, it's an embarrassment of riches when it comes to breweries in Sonoma county. But if you haven't been to Parliament, you are missing out. With a spectacular and varied selection of IPAs, lighter beers, sours, and stouts, the staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and welcoming. We've come many times and the service has been consistently spectacular even with a crowd. And don't get me started on the murderers row rotation of top notch food trucks. Great patio, comfy inside, seriously, it's a great spot to spend time!“

“I live close to the Novato brewery, and meet people every visit. It really feels like a little family. Kevin, Crystal and Paul are awesome and always answer my d*** questions. “Love, love love Henhouse!!!Staff are attentive to customer needs, from deftly answering questions about their beers to keeping the space safe and welcoming to everyone. It’s a lot, doing what they do in such a well-loved and well-visited establishment. Big props to the team here in Petaluma.I’d list my favorite beers from here, but for brevity, I’ll just say: if you like a good DIPA, this is the place for you.Something I like about Hen beyond the amazing bartenders, and the SUPER solid beer selection, is the fun and funky vibes they keep. Music is almost always right, patrons never seem to get too wild, and people are welcome to bring their groups, their families, and their well-behaved canine companions. Their food trucks always hit the spot (Shout outs to Api Hot Chicken and Bayou on the Bay!!) and their seasonal events are always fun and engaging.I feel like they value their customers and the community they have cultivated. The tasting room is soon to be opened, but they do intimate tastings by appointment via their website. This place is going places! We especially loved the Paloma and Pomegranate Mimosa flavors. “This place is fantastic! First and foremost, the beer is incredible. I'm particularly fond of the IPAs. I had three different ones, and they were all fantastic. They don't have food but there's usually an amazing food truck there from 2:00pm-8:00pm. They do have snacks, though. The front bar area is really cool. I love the metal bar top. The back is totally awesome. Big, spacious, covered outdoor area with lots of seating. There is also lots of parking. And the bathrooms are clean, so big plus there.“

“This is an awesome place!! Their beer is pretty good. We liked the Ibex, Sasquatch, Grain and Blood, and underworld. All were delicious. We also tried the Fantasy Island. It was alright, but I would have liked more flavor. We also tried the grapefruit ibex, but wasn’t a big fan. The atmosphere was welcoming and our kids felt welcomed with Lost Coast root beer and games. We ordered from Acme Burger, which was phenomenal. I would love to visit this place without kids in the evening because it looked like they had a great amount of events. Highly suggest.“
“Love this place--finally a uniquely designed pub that has comfortable chairs and couches, multiple areas to hang out, movies and screensavers playing on multiple screens, not just incessant sports with way too many bachelor guys around. There are lots of games (including old game stations) and i've even seen families hanging out, which is great. Of course, the entertainment depends on the bartender...and i would recommend to the owners that they are careful not to allow the space to be overwhelmed with loud and bad music such that even my earbuds can't block out. While music content may be subjective, volume isn't. Some food is now being served and aside from having only one pizza without meat, it was good.“
“At Old Possum Brewing you'll find a friendly vibe and enticing brews. The beer menu is a perfect mix of dry robust Red ales, whiskey barrel stouts, fruit-infused Hazy IPAs and sours. There is something for everyone without being overwhelmed with too many options. The hazy IPA was fantastic. This quaint brewery has the makings of the perfect date spot. Grab a cold beer and have a friendly game of darts, rings or choose from one of the many board games. Or head outside and enjoy the view of the garden from the patio. “Love their "dark"beers. Reality Czech is my fave dark pilsner with Death & Taxes close behind. And they're about to release "Side of Rice" rice lager. If you haven't had a rice lager, they are lighter than wheat-based beers, and completely gluten-free. Though the beer tender told us that the beers are as close to gluten-free as they can be. A customer, who is celiac was there and he says he can drink it without a reaction. In a commercial park as many breweries are. Tables outside, music inside, typical parking lot scene. The Boucherie Cajun and French eats pop-up booth has creative good food. We had Black Eyed peas with cornbread, sweet peppers and elusive truffle oil. “This is a great place to go and have a beer with friends. They have a nice open space that also feels welcoming. I’ve played trivia here as well and the game was fun although challenging. The beer they had on tap was great. Strongly recommend stopping in and they are located next to the mall so parking isn’t often an issue. Always drive responsibly.“

“Good selection of beers and some non-alc options like root beer and lemonade. Almost empty on a weeknight. BIG space, great for parties and large groups. Bathrooms, and both indoor/outdoor spaces. Have some outdoor games like corn hole and giant connect 4. Really nice that they let you bring food from elsewhere to eat with your drink there. They sell cool merch as well. Staff was really nice.“

“Crooked Goat is my favorite beer bar in the Barlow. They always have a tasty variety of beers on tap. Also 100% dog-friendly so fine to bring your pooch. Often, there can be a pretty energetic social scene here with young peole having fun, watching sports, playing games, or live music. What is my favorite beer? GRAIN & BLOOD -- BLOOD ORANGE DIPA -- 9.7% ABV DIPA brewed with fresh blood orange and dry hopped with Mosaic, Amarillo, Citra and Simcoe. It is a winner.“
