“My husband and I stopped by for a tasting and were hosted by Scott. I can't say enough good things about the wine. We are from Ontario, Canada and our LCBO carries Kendall Jackson wines which we love we wanted to pay them a visit. Scott was an amazing host, we learnt so much from him - he was very informative and incredibly kind. Thank you so much for a wonderful afternoon!“
“Absolutely love this coffee shop! It is one of my top favorites in Sonoma County. Not to mention the vibe & cool decor they have inside the shop. They also sell their own merchandise, which is so neat. Their is also plenty of sitting inside, and wifi available to get work done. Currently they have a Crème Brûlée latte, which is crafted to perfection. It's creamy, sweet & just balanced perfectly. The top of the latte is toasted, which creates a crunchy sugar top. And service here is fast & friendly. Not once have I waited longer than 3 minuets for a drink. Definitely recommend this shop, to meet up with friends, get work done, or simply enjoy or cup of joe in the morning.“
“Oogly Boogly My Lord Machado Burger SMACKS . A employee “Braden” made me a chocolate shake and WOAH, soon after I went to the gym and injected my special stuff and busted out my PR Of 475 for 10 reps . GOOD GOLLY THIS PLACE ROCKS . I come here every day now for the chocolate shake and now I compete in Israel !!!“
“A darling cafe with excellent food and wonderful customer service in a delightful atmosphere. It was charming and delicious!!Kid-friendliness: A friendly place for ALL!!Wheelchair accessibility: Very nice to see the accessibility is honored and respected!! Our daughter thanks you!!“
“Good food and friendly service!! The shrimp taco wasn't what I expected but was still good. It was more like a mini shrimp quesadilla in a corn tortilla. I'm not a fan of cheese in tacos but this worked. The dining partners enjoyed their birra tacos. The horchata was fantastic. Would not hesitate to eat here again.“
“Casual dinning done right.A gem of a neighbourhood eatery, to be jealous of.From start to check, was flawless.Friendly, attentive staff, proud to show off their wines and a food.Everything we ate was on point, and everything we drank equally as good.Good portions and easy to share courses was a vibe.“
“Discovered this place on a hunger whim while staying at the nearby Hyatt. Where do I even start?! The chef personally came out to deliver the food and explain that it was a new menu he created for dinner. The lamb shank was so perfectly cooked that it fell off the bone. The ribeye skewers were perfectly seasoned. The mashed potatoes were also really tasty. The waiter was very funny and nice.10/10 if I could give it 10 stars.“
“One of the best up-and-coming breweries in Northern California. Brewery itself is great. Good selection of very drinkable beers and a lot you can buy cans for. We've had them once before when in Santa Rosa and look forward to when they will be available all over.Brewery is really nice - kid and dog friendly (yes, we did have the people with the screaming kids next to us - people who do not understand other people exist in the world and don't want to hear your screaming kids the whole time we're trying to enjoy some beers - but that's not the brewery's fault - just be aware - if you don't want to be around screaming kids and parents who just let their kids go - this is not the place for you).Any place that lets dogs in is going to a good place. They have games here too and of course we left with shirts and hoodies.Support this place. With a lot of the breweries in the area closing down, it's good this place is thriving and hopefully will grow. It seems like Henhouse (who we also love) has really taken over the area but there's plenty of room for another great brewery. Also, if there's a beer you want to take home that they don't can, they will bottle some for you right there. That is awesome!! We of course took advantage of this - love it.“
“Slightly pricey with smaller portions, but unmistakably good food. Their staple banh mi is great, their com sung is solid, and their teas are delicious, but it's hard to justify the prices for the quantity you get. Service is decently quick, with two very friendly and charming owners. However, the restaurant can get very hot in the summer without air conditioning. Overall a lovely family owned place, albeit slightly expensive.“
“This is my go to lunch spot. Everything is amazing! I usually get a sandwich and soup. All of their ingredients are fresh and the soups are to die for. Get the broccoli cheddar whenever it's available. Trust me. Everyone who works here is super friendly and I always love stopping in.“
“Obsessed. Jeffrey's is our favorite neighborhood breakfast spot. We like to go an hour or 1.5 hours before closing as the line has died down by this point. My husband is a chicken fried steak connoisseur and he says this is the best one. I'm a big fan of the cobb salad with a side of fries for lunch and the bacon & Brussels sprouts hash for breakfast. The staff are friendly, personable and accommodating. Ambiance is family friendly. Outdoor seating available and dog friendly patio.“
“This was our last spot of the day. We enjoyed our visit. Our host was super nice, friendly and informative. She gave us info about the wine, the owner, and the area. We had sparkling to whites to reds. We enjoyed sitting outside in the comfy chairs and the view of the vineyard. Such a relaxing place to visit. Walked away with some sparkling wine.“
“As a former restaurateur and cafe owner I really enjoy your cafe. Service is always great, love the staff. Coffee is done well. Bagels are nice. Pastries are ok ...most cafe pastries are dry and ... Ambience is nice considering the space is a challenge. I normally would not give 5 stars, but Santa Rosans seem to give mediocre establishments 4-5 stars so I thought I'd give an extra star here. The bar in Santa Rosa is a bit lower than the Bay Area. One suggestion I have would be is to install a large mirror on the back wall that faces out to the street. Large !! At least 5 x 6 or more.. they can be found. While it may expose behind your counters a little, the lighting and perception of not windows will do wonders.“
“Beautiful tasting room with a beautiful outdoor area and a nice selection of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir wine. David the host made the experience educational and fun explaining the subtle differences in blends and where the grapes were grown.“
“Love this place! My boyfriend and I first tried Vine on DoorDash and immediately knew it would be added to our regular take out rotation. Then my dad came into town for work, finished his work early so he looked for a place to go eat while I was working, saw a lamb burger on the menu and knew he would he going there! In addition to the great food, the owner and server were both extremely friendly and welcoming. We love Vine Burgers and recommend it to all our friends and visitors in the area!“
“2/11/24 I was so fortunate that twice on Saturday I had their fabulous cookies = so delicious, creative and dependable fine quality:-) The first event was at The Schulz Museum's Valentine's Day party and the second event was at The 6th Street Playhouse!! A Huge Thank You to COOKIE... take a bite!:-)“
“Casual comfortable atmosphere. We've been twice, good choices of beer, matcha, kombucha concoctions. Food menu is limited but tasty. Highly recommend the pulled pork sandwich. Rode our bikes here each time. Everyone extremely friendly and welcoming!!“
“It would be cool if the boats were being utilized for food. The top part (a conveyor belt) was functional and some of our food came to the table on jt. Overall the food was okay in an area without many Japanese cuisine offerings. If I was around I'd come back, but I wouldn't go out of my way to come. Nice staff, OK service (we came during a busy time). Restaurant was clean.“
“My husband and I stopped by accident because we thought it was a Hawaiian restaurant, but then we realized it was Peruvian cuisine. I've been to other Peruvian restaurants before, and I must say, this is a good one. I ordered the lobster ravioli and loved it! It was super delicious. My husband ordered the aji de gallina and loved it as well! The waitresses were so nice and fast, and the place is just so pretty!“
“Half the fun here is getting to Belden Barns--the road over Sonoma Mountain makes it a bit of a challenge and the entrance isn't super-clear, but once you get inside this sprawling property (and close the gate to keep the deer out) you'll get a chance to see a really cool vineyard/farm/winery taking shape. The tasting in an old barn is unpretentious and straightforward. After a nice Rose' to start, the unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc was an unexpectedly substantive and fruit-forward SB that deserves the plaudits it has received. Belden Barns is also the site of the only Gruner Veltliner planting in Sonoma County (and one of a tiny handful in the whole state) and the estate bottling of it is nicely-made, with a clean finish and solid acidity. The Serendipity Pinot Noir is outstanding--liked it much more than the Estate Pinot Noir, though it was nice to see the contrast in winemaking style between the two (go for the Estate if you like cherry cola). As for the Syrah, well, if you like Syrah, you'll likely like this Syrah. It's a good cool climate Syrah. The tasting consisted of 6 wines but they had plenty of other interesting bottles and we picked up their Blanc de Noirs and a Late Harvest Viognier. Surrounded by so many Chard/Pinot-only places, it's refreshing to find variety while still maintaining quality. While the Wishing Tree experience was a great way to cap off the visit, it was neat just to be able to walk around the vines and see some of the views off of Sonoma Mountain and into the valleys and hills around. There's a lot of interesting history about the property and some really cool farming ideas that they're working on. It's nice to see a winery that's taking a different direction from most others. We'll definitely be back to try the cider and some other wines and will look forward to seeing how the place and the wines develop.“
“My husband and I wanted to visit Santa Rosa for a cheese shop and we looked for a wine tasting experience nearby. We found D'Argenzio through Yelp. We had a nice relaxing tasting on their patio. The hostess was very sweet and I wish I remembered her name. She added a lot to the experience. We enjoyed a red tasting and an Italian variety tasting. We liked both tastings and couldn't really pick a favorite. Each had their special qualities. The option for food made for a nice relaxing atmosphere.“
“I've been coming to Yogurt Farms as a kid for so long. It is so nostalgic and I still remember the styrofoam cups they used and the portions were generous. With time, the management has changed and now it's smaller of course due to ownership and shrinkflation. Kind of disappointing that you can't taste all the flavors since they limit it to two per person and this isn't helpful as an indecisive person. The raspberry was good but something felt off about it. Probably since it was sugar free. The chocolate fudge was great. I ended up ordering the peanut butter and the mango tart. The regular tart and tart flavors in general are so good. The yogurt tart is super comparable to pinkberry's so I would say these two are my favorites. Very casual setting and just reminds me of warm summer days. They will be closing for a little bit and opening back up“
“Get there 30 minutes early for trivia on Thursdays. The trivia host/bartender is not over bubbly and seems slightly uncomfortable hosting, but is super nice and that adds to the appeal for me. Great spot, highly recommend their original card game, Weed, Beer, Horse“
“We Could Eat Here EverydayWe discovered Lee’s while staying at a nearby hotel. It was love at first bite! The authentic Vietnamese restaurant is outstanding. The menu offers Pho, noodles, Banh Mi, stir fry, fried rice, and chow mein, all available in seafood, beef, pork, or chicken. There are also vegan and kids menus.Lee and his wife are lovely hosts, making everyone welcome. Lee’s sense of humor is contagious. We enjoyed lively conversation and his attentive service. We dearly loved the shrimp chow mein, shrimp/squid noodle soup, Vietnamese spring rolls with shrimp and pork, and steamed pot stickers. All were fantastic, but warning – servings are enormous. We had too much food to finish. Also, Lee’s does not serve alcohol but has a wide variety of beverages on hand.Try them when in the area; you’ll be glad you did.“
“Love their "dark"beers. Reality Czech is my fave dark pilsner with Death & Taxes close behind. And they're about to release "Side of Rice" rice lager. If you haven't had a rice lager, they are lighter than wheat-based beers, and completely gluten-free. Though the beer tender told us that the beers are as close to gluten-free as they can be. A customer, who is celiac was there and he says he can drink it without a reaction. In a commercial park as many breweries are. Tables outside, music inside, typical parking lot scene. The Boucherie Cajun and French eats pop-up booth has creative good food. We had Black Eyed peas with cornbread, sweet peppers and elusive truffle oil. Unusual and yummy- a bit sweet for us but probably not for many people. We're coming back for a Side of Rice soon! Beer 5 starsFood 4..5Ambiance 3“
“Birria fries are awesome. The amount of food you get in that dish can feed three people. And for the price it's incredible. I also had a Carne Asada taco and a Carnitas taco. Both were very delicious. But I tend to lean towards Carne Asada as I prefer beef over pork. It's located in a food truck consortium and the service is extremely fast. Cooked to order. You're sitting out on the picnic tables eating it so it's extremely formal which is wonderful.“
“This place is fantastic! First and foremost, the beer is incredible. I'm particularly fond of the IPAs. I had three different ones, and they were all fantastic. They don't have food but there's usually an amazing food truck there from 2:00pm-8:00pm. They do have snacks, though. The front bar area is really cool. I love the metal bar top. The back is totally awesome. Big, spacious, covered outdoor area with lots of seating. There is also lots of parking. And the bathrooms are clean, so big plus there.“
“We were so incredibly blown away by the food and the staff! The drinks were so tasty and creative, and each plate was seasoned so well. We had never been here before, so we were shocked at how small the seating area is. But surprisingly, they move quickly! They even started us with drinks and appetizers on the front patio. Darion was an amazing server! He was so helpful and hilarious, and wonderfully kind and patient. We will absolutely be back to try more items on the menu.“
“The food is fantastic. Small plates to share always perfectly prepared and very well priced. They have an excellent cocktail and wine list. The staff were professional, informed and very nice as well. Love to eat there. Enjoy inside or outside with great heaters to stay warm.“
“We wanted to try a new sushi place, this is going to be our new favorite! We tried the gyoza, Dragon Roll, Hamachi Lovers roll, and the Tropical Dream roll. Everything was delicious and very fresh (which is saying something since we went towards closing time on a Monday night). The service was very friendly and the prices were very reasonable. Great spot for date night!“
“I LOVED both the chicken/waffle sandwich with coleslaw & the Mac and Cheese. I'm not usually one to order these but was encouraged to try them here. Best food I've had for awhile. The service was friendly and prompt. You have to try this place!“
“What you would hope an independent coffee shop to be: Above average, carefully made coffee, in a friendly welcoming environment.Excellent and well prepared coffee. Creamy. Not sour. Not bitter. Sufficient foam. Smooth. That alone can be sufficient for many.Everyone was nice. Not just the person at the register. The barista was even nicer. But that wasn't it. Even the person in the prep area in the back was friendly and directed me to the restroom with a smile. Bonus point. They apparently make their own quiches here. They have outdoor seating, which is a big plus.Best reason to be impressed was that someone else had taken my coffee drink because it was the same size. He noticed that after a few minutes when his drink became ready. The barista discarded my original drink, and made me a new one. I didn't ask her. She didn't even seem to know I had observed what took place. Her action showed that she cared about hygiene, in addition to providing me a freshly made hot cup of coffee.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian quiche.“
“Although the staff was in training and we didn't have a tasting reservation, Brooke met us in the parking lot, chatted with us about the winery and even took a few family pictures. Great location and Brooke's warm welcome mean we'll be coming back for sure.“
“Amazing from-scratch cafe. The food and pastries are delicious, and just creative enough without overthinking anything. The staff are super sweet and friendly. Gorgeous ambience makes even a quick visit feel special. Hands down our favorite spot.“
“At Old Possum Brewing you'll find a friendly vibe and enticing brews. The beer menu is a perfect mix of dry robust Red ales, whiskey barrel stouts, fruit-infused Hazy IPAs and sours. There is something for everyone without being overwhelmed with too many options. The hazy IPA was fantastic. This quaint brewery has the makings of the perfect date spot. Grab a cold beer and have a friendly game of darts, rings or choose from one of the many board games. Or head outside and enjoy the view of the garden from the patio. If the date is going well, grab another beer and enjoy one of the many delicious food options. I would recommend that this brewery have a couch for couples that want to get cozy. IG: SACRAMENTOHONEY“
“Six of us, four adults and two children, had dinner at La Rosa recently and were very happy with our experience. The food, service, and ambiance were outstanding. We were seated outside on the patio. It was a bit chilly but they had the heaters going and it was very comfortable. The food was excellent. We started with drinks and guac. Two of us had mocktails which I am beginning to prefer to the real thing, one had sangria and one beer. It was a nice start. Four of us had the combination plates which include one or two of a selection of items including tacos plus refried beans and rice. One of our group had fish tacos and the other chimichanga. My combo had a chili relleno and a crispy beef taco. My wife had a tamale with a crispy taco. They were very good and there was a lot of food. Our server Carrie was very helpful and friendly. I definitely recommend.“
“I loved this place, I felt cared for by my family at the moment and the greeting was the best, the burger was at its peak as I like it juicy, the lemonade drink is incredible, I will recommend all my friends to go to this place. Experience 10/10“
“Ordered a sope with no lechuga but when they brought it out, it was filled with lettuce but I didn’t want to say anything so i scraped it off…other than that, food was good. Chips and the green dip was good. Parking can be limited and in the same area as walgreens, and other mini places like sushi and froyo.“
“The service is amazing. As soon as we walked in we were instantly greeted with a smile and a warm welcome. I felt at home right away. Our waitress was absolutely wonderful, she accommodated our every need, I wanted to leave a tip before we even got our food. I would definitely recommend.“
“From the moment you walk in, the aroma of freshly brewed coffee fills the air, tempting you to indulge in a rich and flavorful cup of joe. Whether you prefer a classic espresso or a creamy latte, Brew Coffee and Beer House has you covered with their expertly crafted beverages made from premium beans sourced from around the world.“
“Absolutely delicious food with amazing service!! The ambiance is top notch and staff is friendly! A great experience if you want a real German style meal!!Vegetarian options: A nice selection of options!Parking: The main parking is behind an urgent care and google directions sends you down past the urgent care to find the restaurant. The main front door is not clearly marked but two different doors are easily accessible.“
“This is a great place to go and have a beer with friends. They have a nice open space that also feels welcoming. I’ve played trivia here as well and the game was fun although challenging. The beer they had on tap was great. Strongly recommend stopping in and they are located next to the mall so parking isn’t often an issue. Always drive responsibly.“
“Cooperage is easily top 3 breweries in Sonoma County. They have a wide selection for hop lovers as well as people who are more into stouts and sours, and seltzers and N/A choices. Dog friendly and kid friendly with food trucks and great parties!“
“A cultural expression of baked goods , lunch items, coffee and the Abuelita de chocolate ( the best hot chocolate you can imagine ) The staff is one reason I go to Tia Maria's . Helpful, friendly and now I know them by name , due to my frequent visits . Get a punch card for coffee and or sandwiches . Fill the card and that item next time if free. My friends grab a table and enjoy this cafe for several hours without being asked to adiós. Hispanic holidays are filled with traditional treats and getting to see those traditional baked treats right here is a cultural adventure for the eyes, and mouth . Yum 5 stars“
“Staff is overall amazing here, a lot of very good people work for henhouse that have welcome family and friends over the years. I highly recommend trying out their variety of west coast, saison, lager, stout and also the Big Chicken. Daniel, Aishka, Joe and John wonderful work.“
“We enjoyed wine tasting here on the patio. We did not have reservations, but they graciously found a spot for us anyway. They really are a friendly bunch! We bought two bottles of wine. They really focus on Pinos, but I usually prefer Cabernet. Despite that, we'll definitely be back to enjoy a nice glass of wine on the patio. If only we lived closer...“
“Juice on the Square is very humbly the best and healthiest place to nourish your body, mind, and spirit. It is close to Hwy 101, and near downtown Santa Rosa. I've been coming here for several years, and I am always blown away at how incredibly delicious, fresh, and creative their offerings are! They are mostly all vegan, but for honey in some drinks. I do not eat honey, and have always found a plethora of juices, smoothies, and other scrumptious items to choose from. This is a truly artisan place created by Wes and his mother. They are fully committed to health and nutrition, and their food and juices reflect that commitment! If you go for breakfast, get ready for the best coffee in town. There are usually two oatmeals to choose from. You can either have them add hot water and dine in their adorable patio, or use them to go. They are healthy, super tasty and travel well. I've had so many soups here, and can't decide on an all time favorite. They are ALL vegan and each one will be the best soup you've ever had. Now, onto their juices and smoothies. They make everything in house, including their protein for the smoothies... ALL vegan! Their pro-collagen smoothie significantly increased my healing time after surgery And it's delicious. My all time favorite drinks are: Apple Greens Strawberry Mylk (protein drink that is so good you won't want to share) Peanut Chocolate protein drink....OMG good 50-50 protein drink (50% coffee with dates, cashews, vanilla and sea salt.....Hell yes!) My husband has his favorite list too, and they sell out fast of the popular ones. They also deliver. This is without question, the best juice+ spot in NorthBay, if not including the city.“
“I was in town for the artisan cheese festival and needed somewhere to eat breakfast. The babka French toast was by far a highlight of my trip. It’s been two days and I’m still thinking about it. The babka is made in house and comes with an amazing orange zest and ginger butter. Syrup isn’t even necessary. The chicken apple sausage was just as delicious. It had the right about of spice and when mixed with the French toast, it made for the perfect bite. I will 100% be thinking about this for the next year“
“Yum yum yum! Everything is yum. Great food, great wine/wine selection, great service, great atmosphere and interior, great everything! :DVegetarian options: They have fantastic and super yummy vegetarian options!Dietary restrictions: They can work with dietary restrictions!“
“Incredibly personable service from beginning to end.Charming ambience- one feels they are dining in an Italian cafe.Delicious food- cannot wait to go back and try other delectable dishes I saw others enjoying. Fabulous wine list (all Italian wines).Zooey, our server, was delightful.“
