“I had the most wonderful time at Mad Batter! I came in for a last minute large order of desserts for a potluck I was going to and they helped me out so fast!! They recommended things to me based on like budget, taste, what would be most shareable, all the things!! Everyone there was soooo sweet AND they even walked me out to my car with an umbrella because it was pouring rain 😭🩷 Love this place you need to check them out! I wish I had photos, the desserts got DEVOURED because of how good they were. But I got the brownies, ms. Dollies, keylime and lemon squares!!! And then they gave me a peppermint cookie on the house which was just the icing on the cake🥲🥲🥲 They’re seriously awesome people!“

“Waited about 15 minutes for an order that never came out. I eventually went back up to ask if they were still working on it and they said they actually hadn’t started it yet. I had also ordered two iced coffees, but one of the employees said they didn’t have any iced coffee up front and might have some in the back — though it sounded like he didn’t really want to go check — and instead asked if it would be OK to make an iced Americano.

By the time everything got sorted out, one of the breakfast sandwiches had already gone cold so I had to exchange it for another one.

To be fair, it seemed like most of the confusion was coming from their ticketing system, and the staff did end up giving me a 50% discount to make it right, which I appreciated.

“I have tried some of their breads and they are OK. Could be better. Not on par with La Brea. The baguette looks good but only comes in French (sweet) not sourdough. They should start making sourdough baguettes. The batards are shaped too much like basketballs but do come in sourdough as well as the non-sour or Pane Francese. “This is really a good restaurant and it’s located on Farmer’s in Santa Rosa, CA. I had originally gone to another restaurant but they were so “full” and I just wanted to get a meal to go and be out of there. I ordered the Shrimp & Chicken Udon Noodles box which consisted of the Udon Noodles, kale, bean sprouts, steamed rice, side salad with cucumbers and tomatoes with a Japanese dressing. A soup with tofu & green onions in a bone beef broth. Also, I order the Jumbo Tempura Shrimp and it came with a teriyaki sauce. A very good meal with large portions. Friendly staff & a clean environment which is very important to me.“

Nothing comparable to any grocery store; from the quality buttercreme to the super moist cake itself even after days later it tasted as if it was freshly made ! Worth every penny ! “As a professional barista, I have a higher standard for coffee than most and will refuse to drink from most commercial roasters. Acre coffee is one of the best experiences I've had in a coffee shop yet. Legitimately good coffee, friendly faces, great atmosphere and an eagerness to bring you back in. 9/10. When coffee is this good, a long line can bring a wait time but the coffee, food and pastries are still well worth it“

“We are always excited to try new restaurants during Restaurant Week. While we had been to CIBO Rustico a while ago, it felt like the right time to try again. Fortunately I had the foresight to make a reservation since the place was PACKED with happy people enjoying food & each other. Always a good sign! Anyway, we ordered the restaurant week special and a nice bottle of Carol Shelton Zinfandel. Our first course was a generous arugula salad. However, it was dressed(?) with a generous helping of warm prosciutto and balsamic dressing topped with with shaved parmigiano reggiano. Outstanding and we had to take some home. The next course was spinach ravioli in cream sauce. Again, very generous and outstanding! And again leftovers! Finally, pork spareribs braised in the house made red sauce. Each serving was two ribs but plenty after the previous abundance. Unfortunately there were none of those left over but the amount was perfect. The sauce had just a little bit of an edge and the ribs were fall off the bone perfect. The Shelton Zin made a great complement to this meal. We had sort of forgotten about CIBO in our rotation but, after that meal, it had to go back to the top of the lineup. Thanks guys!“

“I want to take the time to share such an amazing customer service experience at the Mary's on Summerfield.

I ordered online for NYE at around 6:25 pm. It was a last minute decision as other places we were going to get dinner from were closed. My order was forecasted to be done for pick up at 7:10 pm.

I got to Marys at 6:55 pm. Earlier than anticipated due to the rain. It was definitely busy for pick up orders. It is NYE. So definitely to be expected. I got to the head of the line and was told my pickup order should be done by 7:15 pm. Close enough. I wasnt bothered. 7:20 pm rolls around and I go to the counter to check on my order. Im not mad or irritated. I just wanted an eta as I can see how hard the crew is working and the phones are ringing non stop. I approached the counter and the young gentleman was already anticipating my question. He apologized for the delay and handed me a monetary voucher to use for next time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and apologized again. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture. I could see how busy they were and its expected due to the evening it was. 20 mins passed and my order was ready. The young gentleman called me over, apologized again for the delay, and gave me some cookies (as well) for waiting. I wish I got the young gentleman's name. He went above and beyond. It wasnt expected but very much appreciated.

The food was hot and delicious as well! Quality was just as good even with how busy they were.

“Staff was friendly, service was quick. There was not much of a wait. The sandwichs were great. Loved the steak cheese melt and also did the French dip which was delicious and the chicken ranch wrap wasn't bad either. Overall a tasty quick meal option.“
