I visited Sarmentine yesterday and got a small selection to try. I was blown away by the delicious cream puff...wow. The pastry was light and crispy and the cream, sweet and delicious. Probably the best cream puff I've ever had. I also got the flourless chocolate brownie...decadent and gluten-free. I got the gluten-free olive baguette...and it is delicious! I want to thank the person who assisted me today at the counter. My sister recently died and I was a nervous wreck there. I mistakenly hit the email receipt and was trying to type in my email address. My hands were so shakey that I just couldn't finish.
