“I stopped by this morning to grab the pastries based on the reviews. They were amazing. We had a slice of the coffee cake, almond orange Blossom cake, and corn Muffin compote. What a great way to start our morning in Cotati! We’re here on a family trip and we are happy to be able to find this amazing bakery.“

Interesting restaurant because it seems to be Korean owned. The menu is mostly Vietnamese cuisine with some Korean and even some Chinese.

The service on the night we went was quite slow. We ordered a pho and a BBH and that took ~25 minutes to come. While we waited they gave us some crispy dumplings (mandus?) which were pretty good so that helped with the wait time.

The BBH was quite spicy. This is coming from someone who doesn't usually find BBH spicy but find hot cheetos spicy. It was pretty good though. I did note they didn't have pork blood (if you're into that because I'm not) and it didn't come with much meat for a medium size. The meat was thinly sliced compared to other BBHs I've had.

They also gave us fried sesame balls you usually can get from dim sum. Those were good.

“First time there today, had the sticky bun which was very tasty and soft, pecans and raisins on top. Got a cinnamon bun also. Atmosphere is really chill you can dine and I thought I saw some outside to. They also make pizzas to, will try them next time.“

“The photo does not do it justice! My fiancé went in to pick up our order and the gentleman there was beyond kind to give him a bowl of delicious lentil soup while he waited. We got the chicken tikka masala and garlic naan and we were not disappointed. It was delicious and flavorful with perfectly cooked chicken and rice. The sauce was perfectly balanced the portions were large and left us both with no complaints! We cannot wait to go back and try other things. It’s definitely one of my favorite restaurants in the area. I will be recommending to friends.“

“First of all, the place is gorgeous. Like wooded fairy garden aesthetic, with amazing things for sale. I waited in the gift shop as I was a little early for my table and found the most beautiful things! Cotton dish towels printed with animals and illustrative wildflowers. Ferns. Mushrooms. Aprons. Canvas bags. Journals. Really wonderful things Now onto the high tea- lovely. Just really great food, so many tea choices. I forced myself to finish everything, and I plan on going back to the counter to bring treats home also Loved coming up here. This is going to have to become a weekend treat for any time I'm celebrating, or need a heavy dose of whimsy and warm feminine energy Thank you ❤️“

“Absolutely loved Sarmentine French Bakery. Everything we tried was delicious, and the bakery itself is really cute and has a great atmosphere. It’s definitely on the expensive side, but the quality made it feel worth it. One of those places where you leave already knowing you’ll be back. 100% would return.“

“Lovely little bakery with scrumptious food and service. We ordered a sandwich, a loaf of bread (which they sliced for us), a chai, and an iced tea. All were wonderful. The chai was a house blend and had a good kick! There is indoor seating - about 3 tables. I enjoyed looking at the art by local artists on the walls. Plenty of vegetarian options. Street parking nearby. Quiet interior. My only complaint is I wish they had prices posted for most items, not just the drinks.“

“I have tried some of their breads and they are OK. Could be better. Not on par with La Brea. The baguette looks good but only comes in French (sweet) not sourdough. They should start making sourdough baguettes. The batards are shaped too much like basketballs but do come in sourdough as well as the non-sour or Pane Francese. “Several times a week I enjoy Peet’s coffee with a friend after our morning walk. When we enter the store Renee is usually at the counter flashing her beautiful, welcoming smile! She is always gracious and upbeat while providing outstanding service! She is a gem.“

“I’ve been here twice now, and can’t get enough! I tried the minty chocolate ice cream that they had, can’t remember the name and it was delicious. But my absolute favorite was the lavender ice cream with the gluten-free waffle cone. I do not have a gluten intolerance, but I ordered it because the waffle cone was cinnamon flavored and it was amazing.“

“This is really a good restaurant and it’s located on Farmer’s in Santa Rosa, CA. I had originally gone to another restaurant but they were so “full” and I just wanted to get a meal to go and be out of there. I ordered the Shrimp & Chicken Udon Noodles box which consisted of the Udon Noodles, kale, bean sprouts, steamed rice, side salad with cucumbers and tomatoes with a Japanese dressing. A soup with tofu & green onions in a bone beef broth. Also, I order the Jumbo Tempura Shrimp and it came with a teriyaki sauce. A very good meal with large portions. Friendly staff & a clean environment which is very important to me.“

So far, I have purchased four rounds of six to 12 buntlertes, to sample the different flavors. I don't see us doing it any other way because they seem to have seasonal or special flavors to try. “Always great customer service whenever we walk in. The group of young adults are always very nice and friendly, good to see that in a customer-based environment. This is the only ice cream store that sells Banana ice cream, cannot find a place that has any banana ice cream anymore. Adding the different ingredients and the staff mixing it right in front of you is a joy to watch. You cannot leave without giving them a tip, they work pretty hard for those tips!!! I always tip these girls and guys whenever I'm picking up ice cream!!!!“
