The amazing art and cozy atmosphere with prompt and clean service. The owner always ringing us up with a smile. It was every weekend some times. You were my home cooked meals. “Bar Lucia was such a fun stop! I knew it was located at Oxbow Public Market, but I hadn't realized Oxbow was such a lively marketplace filled with so many little businesses—and Bar Lucia being right next to Kara's Cupcakes worked out perfectly for us. Our host was very nice and made me a delicious **Blackberry Frosé** to pair with a light bite. Since we were celebrating my daughter Michelle's birthday, I had picked up candles to put on her cupcake from Kara's. The staff at Bar Lucia went the extra mile and found us a match so we could light them. What made the moment even more special was when the other guests at the bar joined in and sang **Happy Birthday** to Michelle. It was one of those spontaneous little moments that becomes a wonderful memory. “Researched and visited this roadside gem. Majority of the experience was highlighted by Ruthie who greeted us like family. She took the time to explain the menu, recommended her favorites (which did not disappoint) and welcome us. The potato salad was unique and refreshing, the Tri-tip tasted like homemade, ribs were tender and perfectly seasoned. The outside area is so peaceful and creates the perfect ambience to enjoy the lovely food.“

“Nekter has changed in the last 6 months. I quit going because they were either not open, didn’t have the ingredients, website not working. Now they’re GREAT!! Website has been updated, staff are there every morning at 7:00am can get my favorite smoothie made perfect!“
