If you haven't it's a must. But be mindful , you will have the need to have them often they are soo delicious.... Vallejo a large city with a small town ambiance...“

“Las Palmitas is a solid, family-owned Mexican restaurant in Vallejo with deep roots in the community.
I was there for the Solano Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Banda Lonchera—something we do monthly—and it was a great spot for a midweek lunch. The atmosphere was relaxed and welcoming, especially for a Wednesday around noon. Good energy, not rushed, and easy to have conversations with the group.
I’ve been here before for drinks, and they have a full bar with a great selection, which makes it a good option for both lunch and after-work meetups. This time I had the quesadillas and enjoyed them. Portions were solid, food was good, and others in our group also seemed to enjoy their meals.
What really stood out was getting to meet the family behind the restaurant. This is truly a family business—started by the mom over 30 years ago and now run by her two sons. You can feel that history and pride when you’re there.
If you’re looking for a classic Mexican family restaurant with good food, a full bar, and strong community ties, Las Palmitas is worth checking out.“

“I love their food I typically order to go I've never eaten inside the restaurant but it seems cool and quaint not too loud. Our favorite is the salt and pepper chicken wings and we love the beef chow fun I recently tried the dried fried green beans which were delicious.“

“The Filipino deserts app has mold. Brought these to a party and thank God it was discovered by my guests at the party. Called to get a refund and below me off as a joke. Mind you my wife and I live one hour away and demanded that we bring back the product that was purchased back to them to inspect. I have been purchasing deserts from them for over 35 years and spend a lot of money. So sad and no accountability and glad no one got sick. I will be letting the San Bernardino health dept know of this crooked establishment not following State and court health codes.“

“They expanded thier restaurant and offer night entertainment by way of open mic karaoke etc(mainly Mexican and El Salvadorian music) and possibly dancing not sure but usually when music is playing, alcohol is flowing and good food is served then A GOOD TIME is usually present.“

“So very delicious. I got a plate with Ribs, coleslaw and Hush puppies. I am going to be thinking about The Flavor of the ribs until I go back again. Also Looking forward to trying other side dishes next time. The staff was great and checked I had everything before I left.“

“The sandwiches are delicious. The person who helped us was very polite, made our sandwiches quickly, and exactly as we ordered them. The sandwiches were HUGE. The sandwich shop was clean, the people who work there were all wearing masks and gloves. Everyone was polite and kind. If you’re in the mood for deli sandwiches, I cannot recommend this place enough!“
