“Today, Thursday, February 19th, I went to buy a pizza with my daughter. We ordered a medium three-topping pizza, and I didn't have enough money to pay. A very kind person named Navy helped me deduct the difference with such kindness and selflessness. For a parent, that's something truly special 😭 and I'll never forget it. “Knocked it out of the park again. This deli is something special. The service is top notch. Quality of the food, preparation, and presentation are great. I love that I can take my time, order, sit at the bar, have a drink, watch some sports, talk to anyone, and nobody appears to be in a rush. Just a great local deli I look forward to returning to. 100% recommend.“

“These two employees are just fantastic, Jesus and Nancy always greet me with exuberance, kindness and by my First Name. Soon as I walk through the door, they go and get my pizza. I don’t have to tell them my name. How many other fast-food places do that? They make it a joy to frequent Papa Murphy's in Napa CA. These employee’s go far, above and beyond. Papa Murphy's needs to recognize these two. Thanks guys.“

“We were in Napa celebrating my wife's birthday. We had a full day on Sunday and grabbed a late dinner to go. The staff was very welcoming and friendly. They immediately let me know where my order was in process. The food was ready quickly. It was hot, fresh and a great pizza for the price. We were extremely pleased as we were from out of state and had no idea what to expect. Will definitely hit them up again if we come back. Give them a try. You will not be disappointed!“

I loved the pizza here. When we asked for a veggie pizza, they really piled on the veggies!! They weren’t stingy with the veggies - at all!
The crust was good. Both their Alfredo and Marinara sauces were great!

“I had an unfortunate experience at Silverado Market & Bakery due to the attitude of the lady at the cash register. My wife, who is on disability, was treated with rudeness, indifference, and what seemed like a lack of empathy. The cashier's demeanor came across as dismissive and, at times, even disrespectful, which is unacceptable in a customer service role.
It's disheartening to encounter such behavior, especially in a place that should prioritize making every customer feel welcome and valued. Customer service plays a crucial role in any establishment, and I strongly recommend better training to ensure that all staff treat guests with kindness, respect, and professionalism. Unfortunately, this experience overshadowed our visit, and I hope the management takes steps to address these concerns.“
