I adore this place. It's just can't believe that an omelette and a cup of coffee with one piece of toast and a few hashbrowns end up being 25 bucks. The food and the service is excellent. Nice big restaurant. They have music once in a while. Usually there's pretty good parking. Either right in front or somewhere within the next block. It's an old neighborhood staple. Very glad it survived Covid.
My sister and I were looking for a good place for breakfast. We hit the jackpot here! Friendly service, clear menú (I did not have to pull out my readers). We shared the Bodega Benedict, the runny perfect egg yolk combined perfectly with the hollandaise and the crabcake. Yes, you read right a delicious crabcake benedict. Went here for dinner, and it was perfect! Haven't been here in some time, but I've been here for dinner and live music in the past, and it is great! and I forgot how good it is!
