What you would hope an independent coffee shop to be: Above average, carefully made coffee, in a friendly welcoming environment.Excellent and well prepared coffee. Creamy. Not sour. Not bitter. Sufficient foam. Smooth. That alone can be sufficient for many.Everyone was nice. Not just the person at the register. The barista was even nicer. But that wasn't it. This is one of my favorite coffee shops now! I'm usually a diehard Starbucks girl but I LOVE blue beagle. Owned by the sweetest people and delicious coffee. I love peppermint mochas and they make the BEST. Their coffee has a very rich flavorful taste and I also love the chai lattes they have. Almost all of their baked goods are made in house and are so yummy. I am obsessed with their savory scones and quiches. And they switch up the flavors often.
