My family and i have been going here for years, always great food and service. but the last 2 times we have gone in the past month the cook forgot full meals off our order. So we have had people sitting and waiting 15min or longer for food when everyone else is eating. The last time they forgot my sons order and half my order and we went there for my sons birthday and he had nothing in front of him until everyone was almsot done with their food. Norm is a local legend. Owned Norm's Country Kitchen in the 1970s. Sold it to Azar in the 1980s, who in turn sold it to Carlos, the current owner. Then, he opened Norm's Copper Kettle down the street. Sold it to Ronnie and Vic in the 90s, who later sold it to Paige. Mid 2000s, Norm comes out of retirement to open Norm's Kitchen in Lakefield.
