“This review is long overdue. My wife and I live a few miles down the road and have been enjoying the exceptional wines and wonderful hospitality of St Anne's Crossing for a few years now. We have had so many great times there. The winery itself sits in the Valley of the Moon amongst lovely vineyards. Barbara and Jackie provide a personalized wine experience that make St Anne's a stand out from the larger, legacy wineries in the area. The wines? I tend to be traditionally a red fan and I thoroughly enjoy their menu. What truly surprised...and delighted me, was their rose. Not too dry not too sweet. Perfect! “Had a great experience here! The wines are really good, I recommend trying a couple glasses that aren't on the tasting menu, those were the bottles we ending up purchasing. They have excellent customer service, had a little hiccup with our order and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

“LaSalette was a fantastic experience. The restaurant is beautiful both inside and outside, with a warm, charming atmosphere that’s perfect for a date or a small family gathering. I came on a Thursday evening, and it had a relaxed, welcoming vibe.

I ordered the Portuguese-style chicken with Spanish rice, and it was delicious. The flavors were authentic, well balanced, and the portion was just right.

The staff were kind, attentive, and professional throughout the meal. I highly recommend LaSalette if you’re visiting Sonoma and looking for a memorable dining experience.“

​🌿 The Vibe & Grounds: We enjoyed our tasting outside on the beautiful patio. It is pleasantly shaded and sits very close to the stunning sequoia trees. Afterward, we were able to walk around and explore the vineyard, which was a major highlight.
​🍷 The Food & Wine (Plus a Warning!): We opted for the food pairing, and the bites were exceptionally high quality and delicious. However, note that the local birds on the patio can get quite aggressive! They will literally try to jump on the table to eat your food if you aren't paying attention. It's nothing that ruins the experience, but visitors should definitely be alert.

“Three Fat Guys is a Gem!! We are Packer Fans and our local winery (Red&White wine bar in Waunakee WI) recommended we go see them on our trip. What a Great decision. We were greeted by Jim McMahon (Yes that's right, not the bear though) He's the winemaker and has been doing it for over 25 years. The back patio area is very causal and comfortable for many people. Jim presented us many wines all very good. Our favorites were the Old Rail Cab, Lineman and the Sauv Blanc. Wines are reasonably priced, staff is great. Definitely a recommend.“

I surprised my now-wife with a visit here during our honeymoon, and coming back was a must. We first visited about three years ago, and we’ve been talking about the wine, the property, and the entire experience ever since.

He went above and beyond—driving us around the property, teaching us about Fantesca’s winemaking process, and keeping us laughing throughout the tasting. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and truly enjoys sharing the experience with his guests.

This winery holds a special place in our hearts. From the incredible wines to the stunning property and exceptional hospitality, Fantesca delivers on every level.

“Our experience at Rombauer Vineyards in Napa was absolutely wonderful and truly memorable! We were welcomed and the host guided us to our beautiful, private outdoor setting for our wine tasting and picnic. The setting was simply breathtaking, with gorgeous views overlooking the valley, beautiful flowers all around, and especially stunning two-colored hibiscus (my favorite!) Our wine hosts were friendly and knowledgeable. And, of course, the wines were top notch—as we have come to expect from Rombauer. The Chardonnay and Merlot were particular favorites and absolutely outstanding.

“We are on a road trip through CA and of course wanted to make a stop in Napa Valley and check out a vineyard. Though we stopped by the Napa Valley Welcome Center for recommendations they weren’t super helpful. I did use their QR code to find “kid friendly” vineyards. Some of these vineyards were not that kid friendly once we started looking into them and calling around. Tres Sabores however was VERY welcoming to us and our 9 year old. The vineyard was beautiful and so peaceful!! My husband and I enjoyed the tour with Dave and learned so much!! Julie the owner also came over and spoke with us for a bit! We tried 5 different wines and our daughter was provided organic juice boxes, bubbles and coloring supplies. We had snacks for the table that all of us enjoyed! After our tour and tastings we walked over to the barn area and played with the animals. Highly recommend Tres Sabores not only for families, but adults on their own too!! What a wonderful vineyard and great experience!!“

“Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!“

Markham wines are delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful. Zoey customized our wine tasting experience and poured many wines she thought we’d enjoy. Never been to Italy but feels like you've been after going to Inglenook! This Francis Ford Coppola owned vineyard is not only gorgeous it serves amazing wine. The wine representative assigned to us gave us not only details about the grapes and growing process and making of the wine but a history of the vineyard, the first owners, the Coppola's purchase of the vineyard, as well as details about the history of Napa as wine country in California and so much more. One note is the cheese board could use an upgrade. Other wineries we visited offer a variety of tasty treats to stimulate the palette and wine pairing experience such as sweets like homemade jam, some type of meat or pate to liven up the wine tastings and more than one cheese offering. Otherwise it was a perfect experience of sampling wine and learning about Napa in the backdrop of majestic Italianesque views.“
