What a great culinary experience! The flavor profiles and combination were a delight. We sat at the counter surrounding the tiny kitchen and watched. What a treat! Seeing them work that wood fire oven is pretty cool. We also noticed how carefully the sous chef gloved up for raw meats, prepared them away from finished foods, and then threw the glove away. Nice place, small, sat at the bar and lightly chattered with the chefs. Nice people very friendly staff. Food was fresh and tastes amazing. Only draw back was the cost. Food was worth it however.

Very Nice little hidden away restaurant away from the hustle and bustle. Definitely worth going out of the way for. Service was excellent and you can tell a lot of thought went into their dishes. For a Michelin star restaurant I thought it was very well priced. If you're in the wine country you definitely should make a reservation.
