“We’re club members but had never made it to the tasting room until this visit—and we absolutely loved it! Rod took such great care of us and made the whole experience so relaxed and enjoyable. “It was an absolutely lovely afternoon: food (bites) and wine pairing was spot on! Food complimented the wine, without overpowering it. Nice flavor subtleties.... creative, seasonal with a nod to agricultural stewardship (featured walnuts instead of almonds in a delicious white gazpacho.) Chef Oscar was approachable, friendly and very kind. Ditto with VJ, and well Jeffrey Mayo is a impeccable host. Wines were delicious, subtle and balanced, obviously created by well informed palettes. Went home with more than my share:-). Cannot wait to go back. Loved that the "reserve room;" was not stodgy, the garden area felt like we were sitting visiting with someone in their back yard.. Guess we were.“

“Great experience from start to finish! Really nice wines at a great value (especially the Rhone varietals), super cool and unique tasting room, welcoming atmosphere and great vibes. Daniel was a fantastic host and really responsive/flexible for planning the tasting for our group of 8. Highlights: choosing our own vinyl records to play during our tasting, the wines (duh!), and being able to eat lunch (and open a few bottles) on the front patio after our tasting.“

“We had a tasting at En Garde middle of the week without a reservation and we were greeted pleasantly by Patricia who was so knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. The wines were incredible- highly recommend the Chardonnay, Pinot noir and incredibly well made cab sauv. Highly recommend to anyone visiting the area!“

“This review is long overdue. My wife and I live a few miles down the road and have been enjoying the exceptional wines and wonderful hospitality of St Anne's Crossing for a few years now. We have had so many great times there. The winery itself sits in the Valley of the Moon amongst lovely vineyards. Barbara and Jackie provide a personalized wine experience that make St Anne's a stand out from the larger, legacy wineries in the area. The wines? I tend to be traditionally a red fan and I thoroughly enjoy their menu. What truly surprised...and delighted me, was their rose. Not too dry not too sweet. Perfect! “We didn't have an appointment as suggested, but, given the name, we were compelled to stop in anyway. Steve was very gracious and allowed us to enjoy a wonderful tasting. We thoroughly enjoyed the diversity of the lighter wines and even learned some history of the MacLaren clan. Appreciated the individual attention and enjoyed sharing our knowledge of regional wines. “Had a great experience here! The wines are really good, I recommend trying a couple glasses that aren't on the tasting menu, those were the bottles we ending up purchasing. They have excellent customer service, had a little hiccup with our order and they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of.

You have a beautiful, miniature piazza that reminded her of our visit to Italy. A warm welcoming and very attentive staff. The food was perfect. I cannot recommend this establishment enough.“

“I think it is mandatory for a winery to have a lovely building and grounds. That said, the building here is very stylish and impressive. The wine is of course lovely and the customer service was excellent as well. Very much worth your time if you are wine tasting.“
