“My husband and I visited the Handwritten Tasting Room for the first time for a bread and butter experience. Amy was a most amazing hostess!! The knowledge she demonstrated was top notch and she made us feel very comfortable. The food was delicious and the wine spectacular! We joined the club and look forward to much more with Handwritten! Thank you!“
“Leslie (I hope that was her name! The lady pouring tastings on Saturday 6/20 at 330pm) made the experience for us-she was so kind, offered lots of recommendations and clearly loves her job! We will come back in hopes of seeing her again as while the wine and cheese were great, the service was even better!“
“This place is Top Tier Wine, the Best Wine Tasting Experience in Yountville but plan months ahead, because it’s so good that it gets booked well in advance“
“Eric was the best. Super friendly. Super informative. Best experience we have had“
“Love this place! The bacon tasting is amazing and a nice alternative to wine and cheese. All of the pairings were super flavorful. We also loved the pickle fritters and quiche trio. Come on a Sunday and enjoy the patio with music, you will not be disappointed.“
“My wife and I had a delightful tasting at Cliff Lede. Outstanding wines and a uniquely pleasant place to be for an hour or two. Our host was focused on introducing us to the winery and ensuring that we enjoyed our visit, rather than pushing us to buy. We did however, find it impossible to go home without a good supply of Cliff Lede wine.“
“Silver Trident is a true hidden gem. Curtis Di Fede made the experience exceptional—his knowledge and storytelling brought every wine to life.
Don’t skip the potato chip pairing—it sounds unexpected, but it was incredible.
The space is stunning, fully designed with Ralph Lauren pieces that make it feel like a luxury home. We also had the pleasure of meeting the winemaker, who took the time to personally speak with each of us—such a thoughtful touch.
The wines were unique and impressive—I’m officially a Sauvignon Blanc fan now, and even the Pinot and Malbec (not usually my go-to) were spectacular.
We joined the wine club on the spot and will absolutely be back.“
“We had such a great experience at Goosecross
Cellars! It’s a smaller, intimate winery with a welcoming, unpretentious, mom-and-pop feel. Our host was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, gave us a tour of the vineyard, and taught us about the winemaking process. We loved the personal touches, including a welcome sign and menus with our names, and that our host took the time to sit and chat with us. The patio and vineyard views were beautiful, and the Sauvignon Blanc was my favorite. We enjoyed it so much that we left with three bottles. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a personal and relaxed tasting experience!“
“Nice place. Not much going on for their on street tasting room. They were kind enough to refund half of our tasting after we told them we were staying at the Maison Fleurie B&B in Yountville. Prices are what we expected for Napa. Google Maps leds us a stray and we parked in the wrong parking lot. The tasting felt rushed and we were the only ones there after a large bus / group left. Im sorry but I would not recommend.“
“Paul and team were so fantastic and knowledgeable on all the wines. Our personal favorite was the Vincent Christopher, such an amazing Pinot (the Stephanie seemed to be the favorite, but the VC definitely under appreciated!!). Also doesn’t hurt to shop the crazy amazing cookware at the tasting room as well?? Right in the middle of Yountville. Must go no reservation fuss!!“
“What a lovely, charming place to stay! So many places are in walking distance and being next to the river is relaxing and peaceful. The attention to detail and the friendly, helpfulness of the employees is beyond expectations. Get a room with a balcony so you can watch all the people outside walking their dogs.“
“We enjoyed the tour of the winery and wine making process, being able to see inside the cave. Our guide was friendly and greeted us with a nice Rose. We loved this property, their focus on quality, and how detailed oriented they are. Very fun“
“Easily one of the best wine experiences of my life. I have been wine tasting in Europe and USA before, this is an intimate and unique experience. The vertical tasting is fantastic and if you have the opportunity to do it, it is a no brainer.“
“If you want to try a taste of comfort food coupled by recipes created by THE Thomas Keller I suggest you stop in here. We had the pleasure of dining here on a night they were serving the acclaimed chefs buttermilk fried chicken. A recommendation given to us by Cam over at Finesse. Cam Im sorry if i did not spell your name correctly. His recommendation did NOT disappoint. He was also extremely kind and knowledgeable about Chef Kellers restaurants. The drinks are amazing and the salad we started with had a dressing I could drink on its own haha. I had to invest in the Ad Hoc cookbook after this dining experience so I can try to recreate this amazing fried chicken at home. Really would love to return soon and try everything they offer here.“
