“Met Mikkel in a restaurant in Flagstaff after having a bottle of their Pinot with dinner. We loved the wine, and he was delightful. Didn't know he was in the restaurant until we started asking the waiter where we could find the wine. We had 2 cases shipped home, and just ordered 3 more!“
“Wonderful experience at the winery! Great selection and explanations of the wines by Max. Hidden gem of a winery! Beautiful and private setting. Highly recommend.“
“We had an AMAZING time last week at Annadel Estate!!! This was by far our favorite winery (and wines) of the trip!! Our hosts were soooo knowledgeable, kind, and answered all our questions. Our visit featured delicious food pairings, an informative tour, and some hilarious surprises. Please be sure to add Annadel Estate winery to your Sonoma To Do list!! We’ll be back!!!“
“Loved this place! Glen and Gigi were so approachable and engaging. It was nice to go to a winery that didn’t feel pretentious, and the seating/ vibes were extremely comfortable. Underrated, great tastings, and the bottle : tasting ratio made sense. Bonus points- our dog was a welcome guest 😍“
“Stone Mason Cellars is an absolute gem! Our experience was made unforgettable thanks to Devon, who guided us through their incredible wine selection. Devon is not only knowledgeable but genuinely passionate. He gave us detailed descriptions of each wine, including perfect food pairings, making the tasting both educational and fun.
He went above and beyond by recommending some amazing local restaurants and even a fantastic dessert spot. His tips truly elevated our day. To top it off, Devon surprised us with a complimentary experimental wine, which was absolutely delicious!
If you’re visiting, do not miss Stonemason Cellars and especially ask for Devon. His expertise, friendliness, and attention to detail make this a must-visit experience. Highly, highly recommend!“
“Kyle is an amazing, knowledgeable guide through DRNK’s beautiful and approachable wines. His knowledge is impressive, and his enthusiasm is contagious. DRNK is definitely a Sonoma County Gem. Everything from their Pinots to their Cabs are absolutely delicious.“
“The first time I visited Sonoma County, I remember thinking that anyone lucky enough to live here must have done something very right in life. The soft hills, endless vineyards, and golden light feel almost unreal — like stepping into one of those old Windows screensavers, except somehow even more beautiful in person.
What I love about places like Hook & Ladder Winery is that they don’t need to impress you with grand castles or luxury. Unlike Napa, there’s something quieter here. No elaborate stories, no need for extravagance — just good soil, good weather, and honest wine made with care.
The longer I spend in Sonoma, the more I understand that true abundance has little to do with what money can buy. It’s in the Mediterranean breeze across the vineyards, the richness of the earth, the way a glass of wine can slow down an afternoon, and the way nature gently reminds you what really matters.
After my husband passed away, much of the life we built together was taken from me. But one thing no one can take is the gratitude I feel for the love we shared and for the way he opened my eyes to places like this. He brought me here, and in some way, he taught me how to see beauty even after loss.
Love, like a good wine, doesn’t disappear with time. It lingers, deepens, and leaves something lasting in you.
So I keep moving forward — on my own now, but still grateful, still growing, and becoming the strong, independent woman he always believed I could be🙏“
“I loved my visit to Inman Family Wines—such a refreshing, authentic experience in the Russian River Valley. Kathleen Inman, a woman winemaker and founder of this woman-owned winery, is clearly doing something special.
The wines are high-quality Russian River Valley Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and sparkling wines with an elegant, balanced, restrained, food-friendly, terroir-driven style—nothing overdone, just really beautiful, expressive wines. And the Grenache!
It’s a small production, sustainability-focused winery, and you can feel that care in everything. The tasting was personal and educational, not rushed or commercial at all—more authentic.
This is what wine tasting should feel like. I felt like I was in a lovely small village in France and I've found a true gem.“
“An unforgettable winery experience! The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, sharing their passion and expertise with every pour. The wines were outstanding, each showcasing exceptional craftsmanship and quality. To top it off, the property was absolutely stunning—beautiful vineyard views and a charming atmosphere made the visit even more special. A must-visit for any Chardonnay and Pinot Noir lover!“
“This was one of the most wonderful catered events I have attended in recent memory! My spouse and I hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for my son and his new spouse at DArgenzio Winery in Santa Rosa in early June of 2025. There were 35 attendees and we were catered to in the Cibo Rustico event room with a wine bar, relaxing music, bocci ball and incredible service. We selected numerous authentic Italian appetizers such as Vegan Salad, Ceasar's Salad, Rustic Fire Grilled Vegetables, Brochette breads, Caprisi Salad, and Pasta with Bolagnese and Pasta with Pesto sauces. That was followed by three delectable pizza selections (Margarita, Italian sausage and Pepperoni) and polished off with two desert selections of Chocolate Mouse and Tiramisu. Everyone in attendance was in awe of the dishes and ate until their hearts were content. We drank the DArgenzio Pinot Noir, Red Blend and Sauvignon Blanc and they were all terrific. I had forgotten that there was such a thing as "customer service" ever since the Covid19 debacle but the staff blew our socks off with friendly, attentive, professional and nurturing service for all members of the party. This was truly some of the best service I have ever seen and I would highly recommend this establishment. The cost was completely reasonable. My favorite parting shot of the event was watching all of our happy guests leave the event with boxes of awesome leftover food, bottles of extra wine and giant smiles on their face! Thank you DArgenzio Winery for making my Son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner an unforgettable and epic event!“
“Love this unique place where you can get poets in a range of styles and from many different grapes. They also make vinegar and liqueurs. The staff like Amy and Bill are awesome as well. Great place to buy local unique gifts!“
“Beautiful property excellent staff and outstanding wine.“
“Last night, at the Vault of Scottsdale, I had a marvelous experience with Adobe Road Wines and the TRG team. They had the iconic #66 TRG GT car that won the 24 Hours of Daytona victory, and they provided a marvelous collection of wines to the guests. Kevin Buckler and Callum were nice enough to give me a VIP pass to the event. The crew member for The Racers Group race team - Al - was very friendly and informative about the race team. He allowed me to sit in the car behind the wheel and get photos with it. The Vault also had a nice sports-car collection, and it was the perfect setting for the wine-tasting. Al and Cullum were nice enough to give me a tiny ARW token, and autograph some photos of the TRG GT America race-car I saw race in the streets of Nashville a few years ago. The food was delicious - the sweets with fruit, the cheese and crackers, and the best mashed potatoes I've had by far. The food was high-quality and I got to make some great connections. I wish I could attend every event that they host, but I will definitely return the next time they come to Arizona, hopefully for multiple events. Everyone - if they come to your location - this is a 100% great experience for both wine tasters and motorsports fans. Thanks to Kevin, Cullum, and Al for the terrific hospitality and VIP entrance. I admire and respect what Kevin Buckler is building up with Adobe and The Racers Group. If you're ever out in San Francisco area - go to Petaluma and visit their headquarters in-person. The scale is not high enough for me to justify the experience. So, I have to give it 5 out of 5. If not for the 5/5 scale, it'd be a 100/100. :)“
“Awesome people and awesome wines.“
“I love this local winery and tasting room. Lorraine and Mike are always amazing hosts and their wines are delicious. So exicited that they are opening a distillery!“
“Liz Carney Oneill hosted us, ten BU 80 graduates, at the Donelan family winery. The family history and meticulously made wine created an exceptional experience. Chris's service and storytelling paired with Liz’s personal family portrayal created a once in a lifetime experience. Enjoyed by all and the California Donelan wine will be further shared and branded throughout Boston and New England by each of us. Thank you.“
“Beautiful location. Easy to get to. Comfortable private seating. We celebrated a birthday with live music @jeremylipsinmusic under the trees. Perfect sound quality. Apple cider flight was great. It is not sweet, doesn’t taste applely and has lower alcohol (8%). Heirloom cider would match great with chicken, salad and sushi. Their Pinot Gris is great…best I have ever had in Sonoma County so far.“
“Matt was a great host! Thanks“
“Attended a private event here and I truly loved the experience. The interior was reminiscent of an older home you’d find in England. There were numerous kitchen tools on display while I was there and it reminded me of what you would see the Culinary Institute of America in Napa. It was really unexpected and I really loved it! And, the Pinot I tasted was very good - coming from my favorite appellation it was no surprise!“
“WONDERFUL under the radar winery, pouring multiple small-lot boutiques wineries. Very good tasting prices, you can even relax and buy wines by the glass! Large, airy tasting room, comfy seating, nice grounds with bocce, good staff. Winemakers are often on premises too. Big fun.“
“Beautiful scenery, great wines & the staff are amazing with great service and knowledge! Really had a fabulous time there!🍷“
“Delightful virtual tasting of their Blanc de Noirs“
“Really great wines! Each wine is such a thoughtful & unique expression of the vineyard it represents. Congratulations on critical acclaim!“
“My husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Evan last week and we had such an amazing time. It was like talking with an old friend, so easy we had a wonderful time and before we knew it 1.5 hours has passed. You can tell that he loves what he does and he happily explained how he got into the wine business and you could just see how much he loved what he did. He even gave us a tour of the facility as we drank wine. The wines, they were amazing we love Pinot and we loved them so much that we joined his wine club, which speaks for itself as I haven't belonged to a club in sometime. If you are looking for a great Pinot and to chat with someone who is passionate about what they do, then book the tasting!!“

“Cozy spot in the historic railroad district. They offer flights (build your own), glasses, & bottles in a range of varieties. Most importantly, they have great live music several times per week. Best place in the area to relax and hear some tunes.“
“Beautiful setting. The Zinfandels are lovely. Dino was a fun host and made the experience of wine tasting his families wine fun. He may offer you the ghost pepper liquor snd this is not for the faint of heart...omg it was so HOT. Overall, thrilled to have had the opportunity to go to Battaglini Estate Winery it is a must visit. Thank you!“
“Such a great wine tasting experience!
Parking was easy and we were able to sit on the outdoor patio, which is absolutely beautiful. There’s a fountain and an olive tree in the center that makes the whole space feel really peaceful. My friend’s 4-year-old got to toss a penny in the fountain and make wishes, which was honestly a highlight of the day.
We visited during the week, so it was nice and relaxed without big crowds. Perfect for enjoying the wine and conversation.
Victoria hosted our tasting and she was fantastic and wonderful. She was so friendly, attentive, and made the whole experience feel welcoming and fun. We started with bubbles, then Chardonnay, rosé, and a few Pinots. Everything was great, and I ended up taking home a bottle of the Pinot and the rosé (which felt like the responsible thing to do… obviously).
I didn’t join the wine club today only because I’m already at capacity with wine memberships (a very good problem to have 😅), but hearing about the live music on weekends and the pick-up parties definitely has me reconsidering my current lineup.
I’ll absolutely be back. It’s the kind of place that makes you want to linger a little longer and plan your next visit before you’ve even left.“
“Kosta Browne has been our favorite wine membership for years, but we only recently made our first visit. My husband and I have been to wineries all over the state and beyond and both agreed this was our best tasting experience yet. Joe was friendly, knowledgable, and generally enjoyable to spend time with. The tour was thoughtful and the tasting room atmosphere was relaxed and intimate. There were several delicious places to grab lunch nearby as well. We look forward to our next visit.“
“So excited to be able to visit these wineries when we come to Sebastopol! Perception and Melissa Kelly Wines have long been my favorites. Mark and Missy are the ultimate hosts, and know how to make everyone feel connected to the story of the wine, making me love it even more!“
“One of my favorite wineries. Such a hidden gem. The owner was super nice and very fun to chat with. The experience was very relaxing and intimate. Went here with my brother a few years ago and looking to go back next time I'm in the area. I thought I was only a white wine girly but was blown away by the cab!“
“If you’re in the Santa Rosa area and looking for a great spot for a wine tasting, I highly recommend Ledson Winery in Kenwood. While the breathtaking mansion and meticulously manicured grounds set the stage, it’s the service that steals the show.
The Ledson team is amazing. They promptly greeted us and diligently assisted our group as we browsed and sipped our way through the shop. Armed with crackers and cheese purchased from the shop, we sat down in a private room with Brandon Garcia who patiently walked us through a variety of wines. Hearing the history behind the mansion and winery and learning about each of the wines we were sipping made for a very enjoyable and memorable experience.
Thank you Brandon and team for rolling out the red carpet for our group.
Sincerely,
The Coburns, and new Ledson Winery members 🍷“
“Love everything about this place ❤️“
“This is a classic to Sonoma/Russian River valley...The winemaker Anthony's hard work and dedication astound me! I love that you can drink this wine alone or it would pair with really any dish you are serving! The profile of this wine is very true and has just the right amount of balance to make you want another glass! Thank you for everything! This was amazing!!“
“My daughter and son-in-law took myself and our family there for my birthday dinner. We had so much fun. The staff was wonderful and the food delightful. I personally had the lamb. Wow! I love lamb, but never, never had it this tender. Each of us bragged about our dinner choices.I recommend this restaurant. Going there again tonight.“
