“Bricoleur Vineyards is a hidden gem in Sonoma, offering a stunning and relaxed environment with beautiful grounds as the backdrop for a wine tasting experience. Their broad selection of wines includes our favorites the Estate Unoaked Chardonnay and the Kick Ranch Viognier.“
“Phenomenal setting in the heart of the Russian River Valley. Stick with the Pinots. Will be back (tomorrow).“
“Recently, my wife gave me an "unknown" wine to taste. (I am a WSET 4 student). I immediately guessed it to be a relatively recent vintage Pinot noir and commented how delicious and perfectly balanced it was. After some extensive thinking and analysis, I guessed that it might be a Premiere Cru from Volnay. Imagine my surprise when my wife revealed it to be a 2017 Torrey Pines from Bruliam!!!! It is a perfectly balanced, incredibly tasty and long-lasting wine!!!! It is not nearly as fruit-forward as many Sonoma pinots, and really did make me think of a Burgundy! Congratulations, Kerith!!!!“
“Just the cutest place - brought out dog beds for both our dogs. The barkuterie boards also v cute as are the various dog toys. Surprisingly, the wine is also really solid. Overall, a place that we've been going to much more often than I expected.“
“This was a delightful and cozy tasting room experience. The service, the music, and the truffle pairing were ON POINT. Every wine on their tasting menu was terrific - which almost never happens for me. David helped us discover the wine club, and we are looking forward to more Baldassari Wine in our future!“
“My family has been on DuMol's mailing list for years and I've thankfully had the opportunity to try different bottlings throughout the years. I FINALLY got the chance to visit as I was back home for some time and the tasting experience was phenomenal. Erin was one of the most engaging, fun, and insightful people I've had the pleasure of tasting with. We spent a few hours seeing the production facility and tasting room and every minute was fantastic.
I cannot recommend visiting here enough. The wines are next level Pinot Noir, the people are welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable, and the experience as a whole is just pure joy.
Visit here next time you're in the Napa/Sonoma area.“
“Good wines and a great location and view. Highly recommend the Vineyard if you are in the area…“
“I recently had the pleasure of visiting K Squared Wine Cellars, and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped through the door, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that our group felt welcomed and comfortable throughout the evening. The ambiance of the cellar was simply delightful, with cozy seating areas and elegant decor creating the perfect atmosphere for celebration. The selection of wines was impressive, catering to a variety of tastes and preferences. Whether you're a seasoned wine enthusiast or a casual drinker, there's something for everyone at K Squared. But what truly set this experience apart was the personalized attention given to the birthday boy. The staff took the time to make him feel special, going out of their way to ensure that his celebration was memorable. From recommending his favorite wines to surprising him with a thoughtful gesture, every detail was carefully considered.Overall, I can't recommend K Squared Wine Cellars enough. Whether you're looking for a cozy spot to enjoy a glass of wine with friends or planning a special celebration, you won't be disappointed. The impeccable service, exquisite wines, and welcoming atmosphere make it a standout destination in the world of wine.“
“We visited Guerrero Fernandez winery after tasting their wine at a friends house and enjoying it.Olga hosted us. She was very kind and told us a lot about the wines, how GF was established. We really enjoyed our time and the wines. If you are in the area, definitely pay them a visit.“
“My girlfriend and I were heading back to Santa Rosa from an earlier breakfast in Occidental and a later drive to the coast. And decided to do some wine tasting. Not having a reservation we were limited to tasting inside. However, we were treated warmly and professionally by Sarah! She provided us with some wonderful knowledge of Martinelli Wines along with some excellent varietals that we thoroughly enjoyed. We took home a couple of bottles of the 21' Russian River Pinot Noir and the 22' Zinfandel! I really enjoyed the Zinfandel. But I was also enamoured with the colorful retro label from 1880! We will definitely be back!!“
“Fantastic spot for some great ciders. Nice and dry, none too sweet (which is hard to find). The cidermaker was there and my husband was able to talk to him about our cider making process... The atmosphere was wonderful, the ciders were spectacular, and we had a blast there.10/10 worth a stop.“
“I’ve been searching for over 35 years to find wine of this quality at this price point. I found Taddei wines by accident and fell in love immediately. The owners, Chris and Dana are the nicest most humble people you will ever meet. And Chris has access to awesome grapes and knows how to make awesome (and I mean awesome) wine. They are in a warehouse district and off the beaten path. There are definitely some good wineries up this way (A.Ra…., Blue R…, etc). Taddei is consistently as good or better for a better price point, especially if you join the club (25% off). Besides Taddei, I only belong to one other wine club and they are at the top of the ridge in Cupertino. If you really know and appreciate wine, connect with Taddei. Their wines are legit! And they are also. Enjoy.“
“Bellacana is is our tribal winery, Dry Creek Rancheria of Alexander Valley. It's a great beginning!! Wonderful wines!!!“
“Went for the flight taste. I loved the inventive fresh feel of the way the products are presented with reverence and respect for natural wine making. The host was fantastic: she was informative, supportive of other natural wine makers, down to earth, approachable while clearly being informed and experienced. This made for a relaxing and educational experience.“
“Loved all of the Zin's and the Petite Syrah. Amazing tasting experience with Kim & Phyllis!“
“Bought and blind tasted the Grenache Blanc Marsanne blend and absolutely loved it. Sharing it with family with the same very positive response from all. Notes on the nose of hay with balanced acidity makes this an absolute pick for the cellar. Highly recommend!“
