“Amazing experience! The view is astonishing! Our group enjoyed every wine we tasted so much that we had to take some home for us and as gifts. We love wine and this wine was delicious. The hosts, Peggy and Kevin were so sweet and fun, it was a private tasting but it also felt like we were with family. They both made it so enjoyable. We learned so much about local wines from them. The house is gorgeous and they are lovers of art which added to the experience. Not to mention Kevin played a great playlist for us and it felt like a party.I Can’t wait to come back with more friends and family to share this with.“
“If you are a fan of sparkling wines, this winery is the perfect place for you! It’s also super family friendly and has a free winery tour with a complimentary wine tasting at the end. We did the 3 tastings for $15 and got one of our tasting fees waived by purchasing 3 bottles of Korbel wines. Our daughter loved running around the winery. All the workers are so lovely and friendly, treats you like family! We loved the sweet wines, like the moscato and the sweet rose. Can’t wait to try it with vanilla ice cream!!“
“Delicious wine and knowledgeable staff!“
“5/5 stars – the staff were friendly and knowledgeable, the vineyard scenery was breathtaking, and the tasting room had a relaxed, inviting ambiance. Thomas George Estates offers beautiful views of the rolling hills, a pleasant walk through the vines, and well‑crafted wines that are a joy to sample. The wine tour was easy to follow and highlighted the best of the region. I left feeling relaxed and impressed – definitely one of the best wineries in Russian River Valley for a tasting experience.“
“Sean was delightful and educational during our wine tasting. The wines are superb, we loved learning about the terroir from which they are grown, and the different personalities that each winemaker brings to the table. Absolutely worth a visit when in Healdsburg“
“We had such a lovely experience day tasting wine with the special food pairings. We will be adding this as necessary stop for our yearly gals vacation.“
“amazing wines, the owners are super personable and helpful, the charcuterie and the sangria were delicious!🍷🥂 5 star by far⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐“
“First class wines! Very knowledgeable staff! Beautiful views!“
“This is the most incredible wine tasting experience I've ever been to. The wines were outstanding, the food was fantastic, and the service was absolutely amazing! I highly recommend Williamson wines and everything they do. We are already planning our next visit!“
“Porter Creek Winery was such a peaceful gem and one of the highlights of our wine country trip. The team (Crystal) went above and beyond to accommodate us, even staying a little late so we could enjoy the experience — and we’re so grateful they did!
The setting was absolutely stunning — quiet, serene, and surrounded by natural beauty. It was the kind of view that makes you want to take a deep breath and stay a while. The wines were just as memorable, especially the Zinfandels — rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced.
To top it all off, we were greeted by Poppy, the sweetest dog who made the whole experience even more charming. Between the warm hospitality, the incredible wines, and the peaceful ambiance, it was the perfect way to wind down our day.
Highly recommend Porter Creek for anyone looking for a relaxing, intimate tasting experience with a personal touch.“
“Stopped by on our way back to bodega Bay and had a wonderful experience with Susan. Had a great wine tasting and we ended up joining the wine club and picking up eight bottles while we were there. Very nice place and the service was wonderful.“

“Definitely come here for some lovely laidback tasting! Outdoor and indoor seating options, with AMAZING barberas and zinfandels!
Jan was awesome and gave us perfect recommendations 🎉 so good we had to take a couple of bottles to go!
The charcuterie was *chefs kiss* definitely grab that for the table.
According to my aunt, don’t skip smelling the candles 🕯️“
“The Flanagan Winery is an exquisite location that serves delicious wine. Our tasting visit began with Tara bringing a tray of Chardonnay to us in the parking lot and it continued with tastings of high quality Pinot Noir, Shiraz, & Cabernet. All delicious wine & at an affordable price point for good wine. We were impressed with the quality of the wine & the hospitality of Tara & of Eric Flanagan the owner, too! It was a special experience in which we learned a lot about wine making! I highly recommend it!“
“Had a wonderful tour and tasting with Kat. Loved the history, philosophy of the winery/vineyard and current wine making practices. The food and wine pairings were spot on. Our entire grow up (6 in all) lives EVERY wine we were served which usually doesn’t happen. It was all so well balanced and smooth and just extraordinarily made. Truly a treasured find.“
“As usual, tasting here is amazing. Our hostess led us through the wines also helped us tailor so that we can have the varietals we preferred was interesting and knowledgeable and spot on in understanding the complexity and The taste patterns. And the views are to die for, absolutely amazing“
“Love the atmosphere and champagnes !! Joined my first wine club with them !!“
“My favorite winery in Healdaburg, Sonoma area. Dropped all of our wine clubs but here. They are so not snooty, very knowledgeable and generous with tastings. I want to keep all of the staff as friends, they are so warm and welcoming. Oh yeah, wines are awsome!! The focus on Pino Noir, but have other options as well. We always get their Rose when released. Lastly, they have the most beautiful winery and grounds. I highly recommend! Oh yeah, you can now taste at Markham if you are a member here!“

“Fate led us here on our last night in California, and we are so glad it did, because we had such an amazing time! Everything about it was wonderful, from the hospitality to the wine to the company 💜 The only thing we missed out on were the hot dogs, but we'll be back someday!“
“The owners Ali & Eric are the nicest folks and really laid out a beautiful casual experience for me and my buddy...
It was my first time and I can assure you it will not be my last. These are two of the hardest working people in the Wine biz and they make some truly great wines.
I came up to pick up my 1 bottle of Merlot because Ali posted about it online, but I'm leaving with 6...“
“Beautiful wines! Keith was a top notch host, friendly, informative and interesting. Thank you!“
“Fun time. Awesome grounds too.“
“The Wine Road is where it's at. Having run 3 different tourist friendly businesses in Sonoma County for the last 20 years, I depend on the hard work of the Wine Road. The amount of traffic that Beth and her team have driven towards my businesses is stellar.“
“Amazing wine tasting in a natural beautiful environment“
“Excellent tasting with our hosts Delores and Tony, two of the best in the hospitality business! Orsi produces food-friendly, well balance wines with good aging potential. If you're looking for a rare Italian varietal that is unique to Orsi, you must try their Biancolella. In addition, loving their Nebbiolo and Montepulciano just to name a few. Beautiful grounds, family-owned, and exceptional service. Cin Cin!“
“I wish we had more time here! Stopped by quickly, by request of my dad on the way by, but so calm, quaint, down to earth, beautiful!!“
“We had an awesome tasting yesterday at this amazing winery. Robin was very friendly and excited about the different types of wines. She explained all the options throughly. We can not wait to get back home to try our selections for different dinners. Thanks again for everything.“
“Friendly and professional staff. Enjoyed the small plate from the menu with the tasting.“
“If your idea of a rough afternoon involves being forced to sit under a picturesque trellis with sweeping breezes keeping you perfectly refreshed, Kistler Vineyards-Trenton Roadhouse Tastings by Appointment is going to be an absolute ordeal for you. The views are unapologetically amazing, and the airflow is efficient enough to keep the tasting civilized, no matter how long your glasses have been sitting out in the California sun.
We embarked on the Seven Single Vineyard tasting, which is essentially an exercise in over-analyzing white grapes. The 2023 Stock Ranch Chardonnay was easily the most balanced of the lineup. Moving through the flights, the 2021 Stone Flat was noticeably light, while the 2022 McCrea took a sharp turn into clean, tropical territory. The real plot twist was the 2023 Hyde Vineyard, which came across as surprisingly smoky—perfect if you like a little campfire drama in your stemware. However, the undisputed crowd favorite was the 2015 Vine Hill Vineyard. Naturally, because it’s spectacular and proves just how beautifully these vintages can age, it’s strictly not for sale. Outstanding marketing strategy, really.
Whatever you do, do not skip out on the snacks. The Liptauer paprika cheese and sprouted chickpea hummus hold their own, but the real engineering marvel here is the house-made crackers. They’re crafted using the Chardonnay by-product, meaning you can efficiently consume the wine while simultaneously eating its leftovers.“
“Beautiful day to enjoy great wine.“
“We just left a wine tasting at The Drink and had the best experience with Lucy!! She was such a lovely person and very knowledgeable about both the wines in our flight and the area overall. As first time visitors, it was a great experience for us!! Thank you, Lucy and Leo Steen Wines!“
“Great wines. Friendly staff. Highly recommended.“

“They had 21 Pinot Noirs and one Chardonnay which was their first endeavor with that grape. They hit a home run with it. I was even able to get a chilled bottle, just what I was looking for on a hot day. The Pinots were all good, some very dry, some not so much but not jammy.“
“My brother made reservations while we were going to a few wineries in the area.
The day we went was a tad rainy but the weather made the experience more special.
We were greeted by a cute grey tabby while we waited for our table.
Once seated we were welcomed with delicious wines and great ambience.
Slowly other wine tasters left and our group was the last.
Super charming and personalable winery.
Not to mention the wine will blow your socks off.
Highly recommend!“
“I thought this winery was totally awesome, Tony was very knowledgeable and helpful. The tastings and the food pairings were great. He went above and beyond what we expected, highly recommend.“
“Gotta tell ya…best Chardonnay I’ve ever tasted! Sean was such a kind host and shared his knowledge with our group in terms we could really understand. Learning about this family owned and operated winery makes selling and serving these wines in our restaurants really special. Our Place Cafe and Cafe de Fleur in central Alabama will soon feature these beautiful wines…and our bottle shop, Grove Station, will highlight them over and over again as a top pick in our Chardonnay section! Thank you, Ramey Team, for hosting us! Come see us in Alabama…we’d love to return the favor!!!“
“Great Wine! The Pinot Noir is wonderful and this Year the Chardonnay is out of sight!“
“My wife and I had a great time tasting. Ruthanne was charming and cheerful and added details about the wines, winery and turkeys. It turns out she is conversant in native turkey chatter.
We bought some Fog Dance Pinot and sat out overlooking the vineyards while enjoying a bottle. Absolutely delightful.“
“Hirsch was an outstanding stop. Their Pinot Noirs are truly special. They are elegant, complex, and a perfect expression of the Sonoma Coast. We had a beautifully guided tasting with a host who was incredibly knowledgeable about the vineyard’s history, farming philosophy, and winemaking approach. You can really feel the intention behind every wine.
The setting is intimate and relaxed, making it easy to focus on the wines and the stories behind them. If you’re a Pinot lover or just appreciate thoughtfully crafted wines, this is a must-visit. Highly recommend.“
“Visited this area for a long weekend and this was our first stop for wine, conveniently located next to our air bnb. We loved the wine and Jennifer was a wealth of wine knowledge. She showed us great hospitality and gave us recommendations on the area. We loved Jane Bond, who was such a sweet cat, and loved this small winery. Gorgeous location and we will definitely be back.“
“Phenomenal service and ambiance, easily the best wine tasting I have had. Wonderful setting, exquisite food selection and of course phenomenal wines.
What stood out was the attention to detail and friendliness. This is not your usual mass volume commerce tasting, but an intimate and incredibly warm and welcoming experience. Thanks to Tyson (and Lukas) for being amazing hosts.“
“We stopped by on a warm Saturday afternoon, without a reservation and were pleased to be seated right away. From the moment you pull in, you feel at home. Bocce in the courtyard, pups on site, a water view among the vines. The balcony was shaded with umbrellas allowing the sun to warm the soul. The wines are part of the Wilson family, and we were so pleased with all of the pinot noirs. We could have spent the entire afternoon there.“
“Great people and spectacular wines! thus will be a continuous go to for us. oh and we left with a case!😊“
“Great Russian River Valley Pinot Noir’s.“
“Amazing Piedmont, Italy inspired winery with delicious and unique wines as compared to the rest of the region. They also make one hell of a cheese and charcuterie board to pair with your wines. Would highly recommend if you want to try something different from the standard Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Zinfandel and Cabernet Sauvignon wines.“
“Ceritas is making some of my favorite wines in Sonoma! Especially their pinot and chardonnay. If you are tired of the many bold and over-extracted pinots around the area, Ceritas offers some of the most elegant and complex wines I have tasted in California.
I cannot recommend the tasting experience enough. It is a really beautiful little facility with calm atmosphere and so much attention to detail. Mitchell was an extremely gracious, friendly, and knowledgeable host. A fantastic producer and a wonderful tasting experience.
NOTE: When I had a case of wine shipped to my house, Fedex dropped it and one of the capsules had minor damage. Mitchell immediately replaced it at no cost. They stand behind their product 100%“
“This was the first winery my friends and I stopped at on a trip to California. While not a traditional winery in the sense of the vineyards being right next to you outdoors, it doesn't take away from the experience! I came in thinking full well that I don't really care for white wine, and the first one they poured for our tasting was absolutely fantastic! The tasting experience was fun and relaxing in addition to the wines themselves being extremely tasteful. It was so good we stopped by a second time on our way out for more. Arguably, it was my favorite winery in terms of taste. Highly recommend!“
“Just returned from California and a highlight of our trip was Koblers vineyard. Mike Jr was so passionate & informative when educating us on Koblers wine. His warm & welcoming demeanour really made our visit fun. We enjoyed the cheese & wine pairing. Such a wonderful host and the homely setting is lovely.
P.s. our wine survived the return journey to Scotland!“
“It’s all about family! Every time we visit it’s always a family feel The great wine is just a bonus..... highly recommend!!♥️“
“Vintners Scott & Michelle Willoughby take good care every time we visit. Their wines are amazing, created by an award winning winemaker. Standouts are the Mysterios & the Old Vine Zin. We're proud Wine Club members, and we're proud to bring their wines to gatherings to share with our friends.“
