My husband and I went to CIN in Windsor, CA and had the RollerCoaster Red by Meeker Vineyards. It was SO Delicious that we decided to go to the winery the next day and try some more of their wines. We had a wonderful afternoon talking with Katherine while she poured many of their wines for us. We also got a chance to talk with the winemaker, Lucas Meeker and really enjoyed learning so much about their wines and the processes he uses. Had a most delightful holiday tasting with Catherine, on Thursday, December 9th, 2021...the pour was amazing and all the wines were delicious and you can tell the wine maker is a perfectionist. I tasted the 2017 Cabernet, and absolutely loved it along with the Four Kings, which is a cabernet blend which hit all the right notes. Absolutely phenomenal wines. Great hostess. DO NOT skip out on this gem. Take a break from the beautiful vineyard properties and do this tasting before or after shopping downtown. Truly artful winemaking here.
