“Fantesca Winery is the place to be! This is hands down our favorite winery in Napa Valley.

I surprised my now-wife with a visit here during our honeymoon, and coming back was a must. We first visited about three years ago, and we’ve been talking about the wine, the property, and the entire experience ever since.

What made this visit even more memorable was our host, Roman. He went above and beyond—driving us around the property, teaching us about Fantesca’s winemaking process, and keeping us laughing throughout the tasting. You can tell he genuinely loves what he does and truly enjoys sharing the experience with his guests.

This winery holds a special place in our hearts. From the incredible wines to the stunning property and exceptional hospitality, Fantesca delivers on every level.

“Rombauer was an incredible addition to our April 2026 trip to Napa Valley. The property is massive and easily accommodates larger groups and special events. With stunning views and engaging tours, this venue was surely a highlight from our trip. The cave & barrel portion of the tour was our favorite!

Kevin R. was our host and he was FANTASTIC. He offered delicious accompaniments with our tasting from a local chocolatier. I'm still dreaming about them! We truly enjoyed him and hope you're lucky enough to have him host your tour, too!

It should come as no surprise that Rombauer wine is delicious and a staple to your wine collection. We were able to sample their sauvignon blanc, chardonnay, and a few reds, rounding out a wonderful tasting.

“We are on a road trip through CA and of course wanted to make a stop in Napa Valley and check out a vineyard. Though we stopped by the Napa Valley Welcome Center for recommendations they weren’t super helpful. I did use their QR code to find “kid friendly” vineyards. Some of these vineyards were not that kid friendly once we started looking into them and calling around. Tres Sabores however was VERY welcoming to us and our 9 year old. The vineyard was beautiful and so peaceful!! My husband and I enjoyed the tour with Dave and learned so much!! Julie the owner also came over and spoke with us for a bit! We tried 5 different wines and our daughter was provided organic juice boxes, bubbles and coloring supplies. We had snacks for the table that all of us enjoyed! After our tour and tastings we walked over to the barn area and played with the animals. Highly recommend Tres Sabores not only for families, but adults on their own too!! What a wonderful vineyard and great experience!!“

“Our best visit during our trip to Napa! We visited Domaine Carneros, B.Cellars, Davis Estates, Grgich, and Prager Port. We had a nice visit at all of those vineyards, but none of them came close to the hospitality, friendliness and generosity that Ryan Morales showed us during our tasting at Maxville. The wines were fantastic, as was meeting Cullen...a member of the wine making team. The entire visit was spot on from the minute we arrived, to the tour of the grounds, to the tasting. Exceptional, proud to be a club member at Maxville...can't wait until our next visit.“

“The Experience: Our Crown Collection Experience at Louis M. Martini Winery was an absolute standout during our Napa Valley trip, featuring incredible world-class Cabernet Sauvignons and a breathtaking setting.

The Highlight: A true culinary highlight of the tasting was their St. Agur Panzanella pairing (featuring olive, panko, heirloom tomato, black garlic, and chimichurri). The flavors were so phenomenal that we couldn't resist recreating an homage to it at home with peach jam on a savory thin cracker alongside a crisp Sancerre.“

“Hall Wines was an experience beyond anything that I could have imagined. When we came to wine taste at Hall, our expectations were not set. I've been too many wineries in St Helena, but I've never been to Hall. The grounds were absolutely immaculate. The winery was stunningly, beautiful. Our server Alfredo Hernandez was knowledgeable, warm, friendly, inviting, and a superb host. I love talking about wanting and asking questions as I taste and both Alfredo and Tom were both a pleasure to engage with. We enjoyed absolutely everything in our experience. We enjoyed everything so much that I decided that after July of this year, I would like to switch my wine club over to Hall from another wine club that I have in Napa. Very much looking forward to our next visit!“

“This was our last stop in Napa. Luke was exceptional. We learned more from him in the 90 minutes we spent at Heitz than in our entire two days in Napa. Would absolutely come back and request him as our host. Great wine. Was accommodating to our taste palette. This is a great stop to add to your itinerary.“

“We come to Napa Valley and St. Helena regularly to go to Clif Family Winery, where we have been longtime members. This time we decided to venture out a bit and visit Markham Vineyards. What a great find!! Zoey, our server was amazing, and we experienced one of the most enjoyable and memorable wine tastings we’ve had in many years. Markham wines are delicious and the atmosphere is beautiful. Zoey customized our wine tasting experience and poured many wines she thought we’d enjoy. She also informed us about the history of Markham and gave us a tour of the facility, beautiful and fascinating. Overall, our experience at Markham was wonderful. I would highly recommend Markham when in the Napa Valley. I would recommend reservations. Enjoy 🍷“

“If you want to know what Napa was like BEFORE the corporate revolution, come visit this great winery and port works. We had the honor to have all three brothers there to tell us history, port stories and more. Lovely place. This is not a hotel.“

“My wife and I were driving through and decided to try a tasting here. It’s very unassuming from the road however, once you are inside, the property is absolutely beautiful. They had a large group that day and were unable to give us a formal tasting, but we purchased a glass of wine and enjoyed the property. Look forward to returning and scheduling a tasting.“

“We had a lovely time visiting the Schweiger winery! We had a great tasting outside on the terrace with a beautiful view over the estate. Wendy was a great host, answering all our (many) questions and told us all about the history of the winery and the vines as well as Napa Valley (as it was our first time). We love Andy Schweigers style - especially for his Cabernet Sauvignon and „Dedication“ edition - he’s putting his own spin on the wines!

But the best part of the experience was our tasting guide, Evan. “Beautiful intimate setting with the most knowledgeable wine experts!“

“First time out to Napa in almost a decade and this was my first stop. I had tried their wine back in 2017 in South Carolina and have wanted to visit their winery every since. I was lucky enough to be able to do so this week and it lived up to my expectations.

While the venue won't have you over the moon like Artesa or castle, it's truly the people and the wine that make this place. Their hospitality made me feel like I was back home in Kentucky. Ciara (Not sure if I am spelling her name right, I apologize) was a wonderful host and made the experience feel very personal.
She walked me through the wine, was a joy to chat with and was very attentive.

The wine itself lived up to what I expected. Reasonably priced and very flavorful. I am no wine expert so I won't drone on about the wine and just completely muck up wine tasting descriptions lol. That being said I did walk out of the store with more wine than I walked in with it.

People, Wine, Experience, all of it was great and I will absolutely be back. I cannot wait for my wine to come in the mail.

We were treated to the Sherwin Family story of renaissance from destruction in 2020 to a complete rebuild in 2023.
