“The hand pulled mozzarella. That is all that needs to be said. If you come here you MUST order the hand pulled mozzarella. All the other food was really good, but I cannot say enough about the mozzarella. Would recommend with the house made pesto.”
“My family and I have eaten at Farmstead many, many times, and the service, food, drinks and ambience is always great and a wonderful experience. The food and wine selections perfectly complement the flavors for an elevated dining experience. The portions are generous, especially the Heritage St. Louis Ribs and the California Arborio Rice - definitely shareable plates. The desserts are always on point. My favorite is the Scharffen Berger Chocolate Cream Pie - house made with a thick graham cracker crust and whipped cream. If you are looking for a true farm to table experience, showcasing fresh and flavorful ingredients from their garden, ranch and vineyards, Farmstead delivers. Price: $$$ Food: ***** Service: ***** Cuisine: American Farmhouse I highly recommend Farmstead at Long Meadow Ranch!”
“Nice to sit in the beautiful gardens and sip a glass of their cabs (or whatever suits your fancy). There are also beautiful sculpture and landscape design. Elegance service and setting.”
“I was highly recommended to make the drive up to Pride by a well respected winery Ambassador. I did not have a reservation but thought I would take the chance, the drive up is stunning, and challenging so ensure you have a designated driver if you are tasting. Upon arrival I was greeted by Nicole. After letting her know I did not have a reservation she was very welcoming and appreciated I had made the drive and had been personally recommended by another winery Ambassador. Nicole spent considerable time with me introducing me to their great variety of quality wines and sharing the story of Pride and the unique position they are on, both up in the hills and with vineyards in two different counties. It was worth the drive. Thank you Nicole and Pride.”
“If you ever have the opportunity to dine at the Gatehouse Restaurant at the CIA you must! The best and most innovative food you will find. We have dined at Michelin restaurants and this was matching the experience. Our server Abby (student of CIA) was amazing. Personable, knowledgeable and professional.”
“They don't need more good reviews, everyone knows this is THE PLACE. But they deserve more so here we go! Quality sandos for years, fresh ingredients, amazing cheese selection (the high quality cheese on your sando makes allll the difference). Staff is always super friendly and take home some of their Giugni sauce/dressing/marinade. Seriously we use this on everything. There's a reason this place has been here for years. Go, wait in the line if there is one, get a sando, you will never regret it.”
“Perfect experience! Delicious wine & professional staff! Katie was wonderful! We joined the wine club without hesitation. We can’t wait to visit again. This place is magical!”
“Great wine, amazing beer selection and delicious ice cream. Love the interior design, easily one of the best stops if you find yourself in St. Helena. Keep doing what you’re doing guys!”
“Stopped by Villa Corona on our way back from a winery to our hotel and the food was amazing! I grabbed a steak wrap while my wife grabbed a fish taco and both were pleasantly surprised by the waility of the ingredients! What even made the experience better was the service from Thiago! Keep up the good work guys! Highly recommended”
“Wonderful experience at AXR. John was an amazing ambassador. Not only were the wines fantastic, but we weren't rushed and the tasting felt very personal. They were also amazingly accommodating with our 5m old son. We will definitely return. Thank you for a great day.”
“The food was very good, some of the pasta dishes were a bit small and the pasta sometimes overcooked. Overall this is a really cute place, and we did enjoy coming here. In the morning you can see them making fresh pasta through the window, which is very cool as well!”
“We had an amazing experience! Worth every penny!!! Beautiful grounds, amazing customer service, it felt so private and personal and it was absolutely amazing to be on the "Falcon Crest" grounds. We will be back!”
“I was excited to visit Inglenook. I didn't have my dog with me and Inglenook is not dog friendly so it was the first time in a long time that I was even able to visit here. I made a reservation and received a QR code to scan to enter into the gate upon arrival. I didn't end up needing it as the gate was open when I got there. The winery also requests smart casual attire at the Chateau. I arrived about 15 minutes before my tasting, so I ended up walking around and enjoying the grounds before following the signs to check-in for my wine tasting experience. I booked the Estate Library Tasting ($125) which also came with some cheese, nuts, and a spread. The Chateau is really beautiful with a lot of old-world charm leading to a refined, yet welcoming environment to enjoy wine. My host was very knowledgeable and kind. Of everything I tried, my favorite wine was the 2013 Cabernet Sauvignon.”
“We were picking up some wine so while we were there we booked a tasting as well on a Sunday morning, and it was a beautiful drive up the hills in the Spring Mountain District of Napa. Just the foliage and weather in the fall made the drive unbeatable! We got to the gate of the property got buzzed in drove up to the visitors center and we were greeted by one of the labrador retrievers (super friendly and chill). Our host was super nice, she had our tasting setups already all set up, staring us off with a splash of their sauv blanc. She gave us some cheesey bread sticks to match with the wine. SInce we were the only people at the property, we took our time and just chatted with the host. Super friendly people, great wine and the place was just very welcoming. I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Schweiger.”

“Stoped here with friends for dinner. None of us have ever been here so we went in with open minds and ready to be fed some good food!! So many choices to dine. Inside the restaurant, outside tables or cute yurts that seem to seat about 4 comfortably. Inside is beautiful and rustic. Very comfortable not pretentious. We were given menus but really didn't understand the process until our food server explained that side dishes are served family style in Le Cruset casserole dishes, you just need to pick a couple of proteins to go with them. Our choices: a full loaf of sourdough, fresh picked veggies and their own dip, braised leeks that are meant to be served cold, a whole deboned chicken and a filet of sturgeon. Everything was beyond incredible!! So much flavor!! Everything was extremely fresh. We kept making yum noises and saying OMG after tasting each dish. We couldn't have been happier. All our dishes seemed to compliment each other so well. Our food server was SO KNOWLEDGEABLE...she knew just the right wine to suggest with it and we took her suggestion. She really went ABOVE and BEYOND her job. No I can see whay she was training someone...she really knows the fine art of turning someone's dinner into an experience!! I wish I would have taken pictures but we were too busy eating. 5 stars Charter Oak! You exceeded in all aspects!”
