I picked up a kid after a weekday match on the back fields; the campus is a standard comprehensive high school with a lot of later wings, and pickup traffic jammed the exit. The office staff knew the game schedule without checking a screen.“

“My husband and I had a fun, delicious meal at C29. We sat at the bar, and we were warmly welcomed by the bartender. When he gave us the menu, we were immediately struck by the incredible wine options available by the glass. I tend to drink more white wines while my husband prefers reds. We rarely buy a bottle of wine when we go out. It was great to see that we could both enjoy incredible wines from wineries that are both hard to find and, when you do, only available by the bottle.

Food-wise, everything we ate was perfectly prepared and delicious. We could tell that a lot of time and attention went into the ingredients and their preparation. Nothing was overworked or too complicated. The price point of some of the dishes may give you pause, but when you taste the food, you quickly recognize the quality. We enjoyed our meal so much that the next morning we returned to the restaurant to pick up some of their bakery items. The croissant and pastries did not disappoint. We're looking forward to enjoying another great meal at C29.“

“Ordered a pizza for pickup through their system, went in to pick it up, waited almost an hour for it to be actually ready, however when my pie was finally ready the staff were VERY apologetic and friendly even offering a drink or side free of charge, food was GREAT I recommend the garlic fries, love the staff and atmosphere.“

“I made this reservation as an anniversary dinner for my parents who were celebrating their 46th married year together. First, I appreciate the staff for reaching out to me in advance of the dinner, in response to a message I had sent them, to coordinate with me so that I could handle payment of the meal without my parents receiving the bill. While I was not actually there at the dinner with them, my parents came home from dinner and were quite enthusiastic about how awesome the food was, how nice the staff were, and how great and unique the overall experience was. They are visiting from out of town and don't live in areas with super great dining options and so they were really blown away by the dinner. They ordered several things... a salad, the mushrooms, bread, the sea bass and rib eye ... and raved about it all. They took the included photos of everything they ate so they could show me when they returned home. :) My parents are currently in town from out of state taking care of me as I recover and receive treatment for a serious medical condition and so it was nice to be able to give them the break and have it turn out to be such an enjoyable experience for them. Their real reason for being in town actually came up at their dinner during conversation with the staff and the staff ended up sending them home with a takeout meal for me on the house. It was really, really sweet gesture. It's also worth mentioning that the takeout meal, a handmade pasta dish, was absolutely amazing! Thank you Golden Bear Station! <3“
