“What a gem in a small town St.Helena north of Napa! We had the best salad (avocado salad, sounds “boring” but the baby salad and the dressing were perfect and they didn’t those cheap zero nutrition Romaine/water lettuce), with beautiful dish presentation. Chicken & steak fajitas was great too though they used the worthless lettuce salad on the salad and cheap fatty dressing - should be better for the price of that dish. Also the corn taco should be replaced with regular taco bread. Most friendly and attentive server n bus lady.“
“A Taste of Italy in the heart of St. Helena! My family and I just ate at Pizzeria Tra Vigne and it's a total Italian treasure! The handcrafted mozzarella is so delicious, and their pasta and pizza are some of the best food we have ever had in St. Helena. Oh, and save room for dessert - it's worth it. Plus, the service is incredible. Definitely, a must-visit in St. Helena for foodies!“
“Great place, Hasn't changed in 15 years. The staff is friendly and you can hear them sing and laugh, which helps add to the comfortable environment. Customer service is great. The pizza is crispy and delicious. Great place to spend some time eating good food and watching the beautiful town on an afternoon. “We needed a last minute reservation for 8 people, the restaurant was very accommodating and gave us a lovely table. Everyone loved the dishes. Our sever was excellent. If you find yourself in Calistoga and want some great Italian food by a family stop here.“
“My wife and I had dinner earlier tonight. We shared Sashimi, Caesar Salad, Gnudi, and Black Cod. All were excellent except for the Black Cod which had great flavors but was drowned in oil. Service was excellent although a bit on the fast side. WIth those courses and no desert, we were done in under an hour. Wine prices were on the high side, so we took advantage of the $25 corkage fee. The joint was jumping and quite noisy, but it was still possible to converse. We will definitely return!“
“Came here for fresh pasta and it was indeed very good. Happy hour has good selections of food and good deal on beer and wine. Calamari was superb crispy and delicious with fresh chunky tomato sauce for dipping. Half portions of fresh pasta were actually quite a good size to share for two. The eggplant was juicy and crispy outside. Apple crisp and tiramisu were yummy. Staff was friendly and frequently check with us about food and drinks. Overall excellent experience.“
“When I say 5 we mean it!! I only do Best and Worst reviews and this place is in top 3 Restaurants we have ever eaten at in the World. From the romantic ambience to the service to the drinks to the food to the desserts, it is all PERFECT!! Our server "Brian" was the best, super friendly, helpful and made our experience more special. After helping us pick all of the delectable Appetizers we chose the Lasagne for our entree and it was phenomenal. Then we had to try the desserts and to our surprise Brian had prepared for us a custom Dessert Trio that was to die for. I hesitated to even write a review worried people will flood this beautiful restaurant and it will be too hard to get in anymore We will be back frequently until we try everything on this Menu!! “Located in the Calistoga Motor Lodge, this restaurant was quite good and a bit of a surprise. My wife is a globalist at the new Hyatt property so we got breakfast here every day and it was a very diverse menu with many options and every thing was delicious.Came for dinner one night and was not disappointed. In an area with some solid restaurants this place was pretty busy - even around Christmas time.Highly recommend.“
“The food was very good, some of the pasta dishes were a bit small and the pasta sometimes overcooked. Overall this is a really cute place, and we did enjoy coming here. In the morning you can see them making fresh pasta through the window, which is very cool as well!“
