“We had dinner three nights in the Geyserville/Healdsburg area. First night at Catelli's in blink-and-you-miss-it Geyserville was very lovely: a patio that could easily double for a dance floor, perfect weather, charming service and fine Italian food. Next night, at Dry Creek Kitchen in "downtown" Healdsburg was impeccable but a little stuffy and formal -- no complaints, but we probably won't be going back. The last night at Rustic was the best of a very good batch. Just entering the grand mansion at Coppola vineyards feels like a chapter in a fairytale. There is seating for a LOT more than the decent crowd who showed up on a Friday night, so we were not crammed next to other customers, and had an outdoor table overlooking the gorgeous vineyards. We split an antipasto salad that was big enough for a meal (ended up taking most of it home with us), then a cacio e pepe which was the first time that dish has lived up to its hype for me. We polished it off with a rack of lamb that had marinated a long time in pomegranate which, combined with the salt that finished it off, almost added up to a hint of anchovy -- the waiter assured me that wasn't the case, but I still found it delicious and more than a mere hunk of meat. Dessert was a very satisfying if monochromatic cheese plate for my wife and a small but tasty chocolate budino for me.“

“Phenomenally good food, really incredible! It's loud inside even when it's not full, and we didn't like being sat in high chairs, but otherwise the inside is nice, with rotating art by local artists.

Parking: It's street parking only, but it seems to be free and unrestricted and we've never had a problem finding a close spot.“

Being celiac makes dining out difficult at times (especially during travel), but this place is ran with love and knowledge of celiac. Our meals were just delicious and Nino took great care to pair our wines too. We'll always come back and suggest to others! Thank you ??“

“What a GEM! We had a special occasion there for no other reason than we were treated so specially. The service was friendly and attentive from the first moment. The food was amazing, fresh, and very high quality ingredients (I can tell the difference). Chef came out to check with us. I asked a server if they were all family because it appeared they could have been. He said no, pointed to the chef, his wife and daughter and said he and the others are not family but happily stated “we are treated as if we are”. My wife ordered the Barbeque oysters and a bowl of clam chowder. She said the oysters were the best possible and my taste of the clam chowder was also among the best I’ve ever had. I ordered one of the specials - a Penne with seafood and it was loaded with seafood and amazing as well. The house made Tiramisu was so light and fresh. My house salad was so fresh with local lettuce and tomato’s and a fantastic house Italian dressing. I don’t often leave reviews but this one was so well deserved how could I not?“
