“I would like to say thank you to your servers and your chefs. My wife and I were making a cross country trip from Oak Ridge Tennessee to Oregon and down 101. We stopped to find a room and something to eat. That isn't always an easy thing to do with all my wife's allergies to many diffrent foods and airborne allergic to latex.The staff was amazing and did everything to accommodate my wife's food allergies. The lady chef set down with my wife and her list of food allergies and built a meal in her head. We both were able to eat a very incredible meal. Not many places would have went that far to help. Give your people a big pat on the back from me and a thank you. And the meatball sandwich was amazing!”

“I use to go every couple/ few months to pick up my wine club wine and try new wines. I always leave with some new fun great wines; but because of CoVid we didn’t go. Today I went to pick up my wine club wines(4 sets). They are holding wine tasting outside, doing social distancing and it was fun.... I encourage everyone to check out Locals if they’re in the area. There are a couple great local restaurants in town so make a day of it. The staff is fabulous!!!!”

“Dave makes great wines has some bold flavors as well as straight varietals! I particularly enjoy his Grenache blend and Dave’s Cuvee! The tasting room is complimented by the beautiful location in the Dry Creek Valley.

“We had a snafu with our reservation but the Singlethread team made it right. Now as to the actual meal night, the experience was flawless. The service was impeccable - welcoming, interested and thoughtful. And the food... simply draw dropping to look at and with incredible flavors that bring out the best in the underlying ingredients. Singlethread is clearly at the top of the game and is one of the rare destination restaurants where instead of checking it off our list, we are circling it because we want to come back.”

“We had a great prix fixe meal of 3 courses but the also offer 5 courses. No bad selections except for the cauliflower steak. I don’t think that is worth a steak or shrimp pasta but that is my opinion. Outdoor dining is available and they have heaters by the wall of sliding windows that open up totally he outside. Awesome deserts. I had the cookie butter cheesecake. I died and went to heaven.”

Also, had the petrale sole special and the beans in the topping were also cold. Carlos wasn't there that night and it was my only visit where the food wasn't perfect. A perfect balance of buttery richness and ocean-fresh sweetness. Another amazing is the Sashimi Grade Hawaiian Ahi Poke Style. This is not your ordinary poki as it is made with 24 Month Barrel Aged Soy. The level of freshness of the fish truly comes through as the flavors blend perfectly with the crisp avocado. It is a fine line when adding a flash fried avocado to a dish that’s usually served cold. Vallete executes it perfectly! For the main course, the Dry-Aged Duck is a must-try. Crispy skin, succulent meat, and a medley of locally sourced seasonal veggies. Dessert is not an afterthought here. Strongly Suggest even if we do not have room at the end we always order the ItsNotA ‘Snickers Bar’ Deux. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff exudes genuine passion for the food and wine they serve. We love the whole team but especially Aaron-Jake-Sean-Isaac are amazing !?!?”

“Decent sushi but overrated. When we ordered the rolls, she offered snow crab instead of imitation crab. When the bill came, we were surprised there was$ 4 extra, but we were never informed in advance that there will be enough charge. We told the other staff person there but they did not adjust the bill. Edame did not come salted as requested. They fixed but had little taste. Miso soup was bland too.”
