Best Michelin-starred meal I’ve had, full stop. The whole thing plays out like a journey. Fun, interactive, genuinely transportive. Bite after bite of stuff that surprised you. The pacing was dialed and the service was flawless without ever feeling stiff. And the drink pairing might have been the sleeper hit.
