The herb and spices make all the dishes dynamite. The flavors represent the unique taste of Vietnam. This is a wonderful family business. In fact they treat you like Kin.”

“Can’t say enough good things about this taqueria. Ordered food for a summer party we hosted. We ordered food for 40 people. Marco’s communication for the planning was perfect! He always got right back to me and answered all my many questions. The food arrived in a warming box and we were able to easily open and have the foil trays ready for our guests. I bought some warming platters on Amazon and it worked great to keep the food warm. We had three types of meat, rice and beans and chips and dips and onions and pickled jalepenos and tortillas. Marco provided enough of the sauces and guac, etc. Now for the food…..It was delicious! Especially loved the carnitas. Our guests raved about the food. I highly recommend this restaurant. They did an awesome job all around!”

“We had a snafu with our reservation but the Singlethread team made it right. Now as to the actual meal night, the experience was flawless. The service was impeccable - welcoming, interested and thoughtful. And the food... simply draw dropping to look at and with incredible flavors that bring out the best in the underlying ingredients. Singlethread is clearly at the top of the game and is one of the rare destination restaurants where instead of checking it off our list, we are circling it because we want to come back.”

“We had a great prix fixe meal of 3 courses but the also offer 5 courses. No bad selections except for the cauliflower steak. I don’t think that is worth a steak or shrimp pasta but that is my opinion. Outdoor dining is available and they have heaters by the wall of sliding windows that open up totally he outside. Awesome deserts. I had the cookie butter cheesecake. I died and went to heaven.”

Also, had the petrale sole special and the beans in the topping were also cold. Carlos wasn't there that night and it was my only visit where the food wasn't perfect. I'm sure it will be great next time!”

This is not your ordinary poki as it is made with 24 Month Barrel Aged Soy. The level of freshness of the fish truly comes through as the flavors blend perfectly with the crisp avocado. It is a fine line when adding a flash fried avocado to a dish that’s usually served cold. Vallete executes it perfectly! For the main course, the Dry-Aged Duck is a must-try. Crispy skin, succulent meat, and a medley of locally sourced seasonal veggies. Dessert is not an afterthought here. Strongly Suggest even if we do not have room at the end we always order the ItsNotA ‘Snickers Bar’ Deux. Service is impeccable—attentive without being intrusive, and the staff exudes genuine passion for the food and wine they serve. We love the whole team but especially Aaron-Jake-Sean-Isaac are amazing !?!?”

“Staff was super friendly and polite, quiet little burger joint with quality food, the burger was better than in n out the patties are kind of thin. Krinkle cut fries were decent and they serve more than enough! Someone said this was better than sequoia burger and right down the road however I’d rate this burger a 4 compared to the full 5 star sequoia burger in comparison”
