“The food was a delicate mix of Mediterranean flavors. A daring mix of ingredients that challenged and amazed our palates. My wife and I enjoyed tasting each of these delicate dishes. We had to ask for a slice of bread to finish our dishes. Even the sourdough slice came toasted just as it should be!

Too bad we had only the tin octopus. They didn’t have the seasonal charred octopus. You can skip the tin fish imho.

For wine we had the French Crozes-hermitage from the Rhône valley. A sure bet that did not deceive.”

“Wandered in off the street with zero expectations. Fantastic. Absolutely fantastic. The food is heavenly, the atmosphere is relaxed and rustic and the staff were kind and helpful and seemed to legitimately enjoy their customers.

I got the Country Ham Bennedict and it is easily in my top 5 of all time (and I love, love, love bennedicts).

They make their own jalapeño hot sauce that is mildly spicy and yet explodes with flavor

The coffee was fantastic, as well. Absolutely worth every penny and a wonderful stop of you are in Sebastapol

Parking: If you come before 10 am plenty of parking, after that the nearby shops open and parking is harder to find”

I was wondering what kind of neck damage I was incurring while trying to read the menu. The group behind me had some little kids and the adults were having a hard time trying to read and translate (what’s lavender?) the list to them. It was the just right balance of rice, beans and steamed broccoli, cauliflower and carrots wrapped in a chewy whole wheat tortilla. The red and green salsas are both really flavorful. So glad to have found them and to hear they have a restaurant in Santa Rosa with same menu. I'll be back!”

The drinks are really reasonably priced. The BEST jukebox around. It has everything new and old. There is an old Star Wars pinball machine, a couple of pool tables, a shuffleboard? game, a small train that makes its rounds above your head for only 25 cents, and surprisingly nice restrooms. I love it here. It is my favorite local watering hole. When i drink a little too much, get a little loud and rowdy, or start making out with my girlfriends, they don’t even mind.
