great staff. service and food, but a little inconsistent. I find the brisket to be flavorful but a little to fatty, I also find the ribs to be to pepper forward with the rub.

The ribs were smoky, tender, and perfectly cooked! They’re the best I’ve ever had, and the people were so friendly. I highly recommend this place!
