I haven't tried the food, but i like the smoothies. The acai bowls look good too!
Absolutely delicious! This is a weekly lunch staple for me! The customer service (a sweet guy, not sure of his name) is always friendly and makes a great bowl. Fresh ingredients and well-priced for its quality. I love this spot!
The acai bowl is really nice, creamy rich base with beautifully arranged topping that's got some honey drizzles. I loved the large macadamia nuts especially. It is pricy for its portion size even compared to SF but it is very good. I enjoyed it as a refreshing offering compared to other Barlow lunch takeout options. I went on a weekday lunch so no wait. Nice service at the counter.

Salt & Sea is a new go-to poke spot in Sebastopol's Barlow, making it easy to grab and take on a day out. The poke bowls, like the classic Hawaiian, are high quality, delicious, and come in a really good portion, with flavors as good as those at a related restaurant. The grab and go sandwiches are also delicious, interesting, and fun, with specific praise for the amazing strawberry cream sandwich. The açaí bowl is another loved item. Service is fast, friendly, and very helpful. It is a great addition to the Barlow, offering good quality, healthy food, and is becoming a regular stop for many.
