I’d like to give them 5 stars but the quality of the espresso drinks, cappuccini in particular, starkly depends on the barista. One certain barista delivers always a 5 star cappuccino on par what you would get at Retrograde Coffee Roasters , exact extraction, micro foam, latte art, etc, very delicious and a pleasure for the eyes.
The rest of the baristas deliver what you got 25 years ago at the typical coffeehouse, kind of mediocre coffee.

Wonderful little coffee place at The Barlow! My lavender latte was exquisite... flavorful and bold without being overly sweet. Friendly and kind service. We'll definitely visit again!
The Water Street Bistro serves a great cup of coffee but now they are closing. They use Taylor Lane coffee. So, I tried a latte at Taylor Lane today. Excellent.
