Krinkle cut fries were decent and they serve more than enough! Someone said this was better than sequoia burger and right down the road however I’d rate this burger a 4 compared to the full 5 star sequoia burger in comparison“

“I went into the store to customize my order before I placed it using the KFC app because it won’t do that. I talked with really friendly employee and asked him if I could customize my order before placing with the app and he was fantastic in helping me out. After I placed the order I noticed that the address had defaulted to a previous KFC store I had ordered from 400+ miles away. The employee talked with his manager and they replicated the order for me at their store with no additional charges. What can I say except it was truly amazing and very much appreciated. “I was very impressed with this location for a couple of reasons.
First, when we got our drinks I unloaded the tray and left one drink in the tray. I went to move the tray and I dumped a soda completely upside down in between my lap and the center console. We all expected the lid to pop off and create a mess everywhere, but it was securely on and there was only a single drop of liquid that spilled out!
Secondly, I tried to order something that I found online, but they did not sell it in the Restaurant. The person taking my order suggested an alternative that sounded delicious so I went with it. It had two patties. I ordered it without a bun and when we got our food I thought they had forgotten it because I was expecting it in a box with a fork and knife. Turns out they took the two patties and put all of the toppings in the middle and wrapped it up like a burger. It was so simple, but had never had one made like this before. I was so impressed with the care that they took with our meal overall. It was very enjoyable experience.“

I'm surprised they're still managing to stay at this location, it's dark appearance from 6pm makes it look abandoned.“

“You're drive thru line is not customer friendly. Big overgrown fern on the left that rubs against your car and overwatered hedge plants on the right shooting water on your car from that side. If you've ordered for more than two people, there's a good chance you'll have to go around and park in one of them four walking spots. And of course first you have to be able to get into them because where you come out of the drive-thru is right where the parking is.“

“There was a bug in my food with the super greens. I took my food back just wanted my rice to be replaced. Got rice replaced and Manager was extremely nice and helpful.

Just told them to keep a eye out on the food for this.
