For the longest time, Taco Bell on Hopper was the Absolute best fast food restaurant in Santa Rosa. Now these young kids working their don't care and the customer, the quality of food. I'm surprised they're still managing to stay at this location, it's dark appearance from 6pm makes it look abandoned.
Got some take out on 5/17/26 at around 10pm just because it was easy and it was a rough evening. The drive thru guy was super friendly and kind, and the food was absolutely delicious. I don't normally expect anything from fast food but it was amazing this evening. Whoever was on shift at the time deserves a raise.
In my order they forgot to add one more cinnamon twist. Went back they gave me an extra one free of charge. This the type of costumer service I appreciate!
