I dont even like fast food but the service and cleanliness here is exceptional! The staff was great! You dont even get this service at nice restaurants anymore.
Me and my husband went in for lunch we brought our kids and my mother in law and what we were met with was great conversation even better customer service. The young lady taking our order was fantastic, she joked with our kids who are typically very shy she repeated our order and even doubled checked if we needed any sauces , we will definitely be returning when in the area

Based on reviews, Carl's Jr. has the best deals on sandwiches in Santa Rosa. The charbroil burgers are good, and no one else compares. The drive-through is a little narrow for large trucks. The general manager is always super friendly and extremely nice. However, the food is way overpriced for the quality, and one worker would not greet a customer. There is no easy access ramp. Overall, it is the best Carl's Jr. in the area, but there are plenty of other food options nearby.
