KFC has received mixed reviews regarding their wait times, but customers generally appreciate the friendly service. One customer mentioned a kind young man (around 25 years old) who went out of his way to help them when they had trouble with their card at the drive-through. Another customer had a positive experience with an employee named Dante, who handled a difficult situation professionally during a power outage. The food is consistently described as good, with one customer praising the "quick meal" they received. Overall, KFC's staff is noted for their friendliness and patience, even in challenging circumstances.
