This place is terrible. Humorously terrible. Ordered the new wraps and was told at the drive thru window id have to go around and park. After a while I just went inside only to be asked what order I had again. I kid you not, when I finally got my food the chicken inside the wraps wasn't even kfc chicken. It was some sort of microwave tv dinner style chicken strip.

I go there go to the drive-through order my dinner and he tells me goparking lot and he will bring them out to me. so I wait there for a really long time and I go back through the drive-through to finally get my order. get home and all the chicken and chicken wings are undercooked and raw blood still in the chicken everything and I didn’t notice it until I got home . I started eating the chicken in the car. I got sick badly from that raw cooked chicken. needless to say none of that kind of expensive meal I bought for the family was eaten except for what I unfortunately did

Consistently and intentionally doesn't give you the full order. Got a 8pm wing combo and didn't give me the fries. Not the first time. They always do this. 9:00 on 10/27.
Very disappointed in the customer service. I went to order online and was prompted to download the KFC app. I did. I was recently injured and it's difficult to walk so I used the drive thru and said I was picking up a mobile order. I had no idea it was against the KFC rules to use the drive -thru when using the App. An employee opened the window and proceeded to scold me about using the drive thru to pick up my order. His tone was hostile. I was embarrassed in front of the other employees. I was made to feel like I was being punished. I couldn't explain myself before he shut the window and walked away. Another employee brought me my food a few moments later. There were no cars in front or in back of me when picking up my order. In the parking lot I checked my order and saw that I was missing two items. Rather than get scolded again, I parked and proceeded to go inside the restaurant in pain and discomfort because the drive thru is not to be used for App orders although there was not a single vehicle waitThe entire experience was uncomfortable, unpleasant and disappointing.

I had an order to pick up, and when I got there they were just recovering from a power out. Dante was in charge, dealing with an upset custome. I watched as he did a great job of handling her difficulty caused by the outage. I had the same problem, again, caused by the outage, and Dante still had patience leftover for me. A very nice young man, very personable, I have no doubt he will go far... if not with you, we'll be glad to hire him. Hey KFC, take care of this guy, he makes you look good in difficult situations. Oh yeah, and the food was great, as it always is at KFC.
