Despite trying to offer an identical experience at every shop, fast food places are only as good as the management. And this place must have great mangers, because the food and service is consistently good. I'm not crazy about fast food, but when I do get it, i want it to be easy to order, tasty, hot, and fast. Never come here with current management. Current management seems to fixated on profit more than anything. Two days in row me and my coworkers have gone to grab food from this restaurant. I’m surprised that corporate allows half of these restaurants to operate with their name. Saturday we came in and received a beyond burger which is normally a vegetarian burger, covered to the brim in beef fat and bits, the excuse? Their charbroiler had gone out. Ok fine I understand. Today before work we went back in and got the same thing and this time I notified the cashier they should probably not sell the products if they’re gonna be cross contaminated, their excuse was that the managers would get angry. Never in my life have I seen such poor management and disregard for dietary guidelines and standards. This manager should be ashamed of themselves for putting their staff through this because at the end of it on Saturday night I saw one of their male employees have to get threatened over trying to follow simple logic. This restaurant would be better off closed than mismanaged as it is currently. Last time I said I’d stop coming here but now I will make it my mission to make sure this manager is taught how to properly handle an establishment.Dietary restrictions: Apparently the management has no regards for dietary restrictions or simple food/health guidelines. As to how they have been put in charge of a restaurant is beyond me.
