Instead of apologizing to me and understanding that mistakes happen and remaking a $15 meal which his food costs were probably half "Greg" who refused to give me his last name the owner of Carl's Jr. at 373 Aviation Blvd., Santa Rosa, CA told me I wasn't nice and because I didn't have the wrong chicken sandwich covered in pickles which my husband is allergic to to show his staff (because we had thrown it the garbage) I was told to leave. Based on the reviews, Carl's Jr. has great service and fast food. The cleanliness of the restaurant made everything better. A young man named sim was super nice and friendly. However, an older Hispanic male worker at the drive-thru doesn't seem friendly. The food was fast but fine. The absolute audacity to charge $12 for a not fancy burger is unpleasant.
