“This BK is almost never busy and wait time from order to serve is almost always under 5 mins.Customer Service is always good, and for the most part there dinning room is always clean.Food has at times not been as freash as one would like. A few times I have gotten chicken nuggets and or fries severed to me that were noticeably old and a bit dried out. Most of the time though, it is made freash.4/5“

“I love this place and can't wait till they open the one on Northern Santa Rosa. Everyone is so nice and their sandwiches have just made me lose interest in other sub shops.I love that they have a creme soda sweetened with agave. I love that it's so good.I always get my sandwiches cold and "Mikes way" they load it up with oil vinegar and herbs. But the other night I had a Philly cheese steak and that had to be one of the best I've ever had.Love this place!!“

“The machines you self order at inside the lobby, took my order and my card payment but did NOT give the full order to the workers. It only passed on the frostie but did NOT include the hamburger. Needless to say it took a good minute for me to call up my bank account and prove I had paid. Never again. They should toss those machines out the window. “Was doing some business in the area and didn't have the time to make breakfast this morning, so after finishing my appointment l was looking for a place to eat. Did a quick Google search and found these guys nearby. All I can say is GOOD STUFF!Had the breakfast burrito with chorizo and it was PERFECT! Right balance of potato to eggs to chorizo. The burrito wasn't to big nor to small. Plus their hot sauce is hot and spicy without giving you to much burn.As for the service, the gentleman taking my order was VERY nice.
