“The finest wine tasting experience in all of Sonoma County. We were greeted by Camille, a charming and knowledgeable woman with family roots from both Russian River Valley and Dijon, France. We saw soil samples from the different properties and learned how that variable influenced the various single-clone Chardonnays produced at this world-class estate.”

Fairly cheap we love Carr's no matter how old we get we will always come by and get my usual, specialty fry's and a good al large lemonade, and sometimes a cookies and cream shake if you don't like Carr's there is something wrong with you.”

“What a cute quaint little place. I'm so exited for Forestville to have such a hidden treasure. We passed by late-7:55 pm on a Wednesday night. I was unsteady about going in due to the time. I was ready for them to say sorry we are closed. They indeed did not. I was cautious and away that they did not have all day- or night, so I quickly asked what his popular one was. Caramel crack and Dulce de leche brownie. We were not disappointed! Yummy yummy in my tummy. It was great! I will definitely be back. (Hopefully not so late)”

“Best burrito ever!! I stop here every time I pass through Forrestville. Simple market and taqueria in downtown Forrestville. Everything I've tried here has been awesome! Today I ordered a chili relleno burrito and it was outstanding!! Whole beans, rice, guacamole and sour cream surround a batter dipped (real whole chili) stuffed with cheese and wrapped in a soft flour tortilla. It was great! The best burrito I've had in years! Super nice mom and pop operated place. Very kind and welcoming! Eat in or take out. By far the best Mexican Food around! My first choice for Mexican food in the North Bay! Wish a took a picture.”

“I came in last year for a tasting menu. A soup, Tuna of the Chianti, porchetta, something else, and this amazing dessert with Vin Santo. One of the best meals I ever had This place is a true gem. I get so excited thinking about porchetta.”

“As an early Valentine's brunch, we visited Farmstand over the weekend. Farmstand is the casual restaurant out of the two. They also have the Farmhouse restaurant for dinner. In addition, they have beautiful cottages you can stay at in a serene setting. We arrived around noon and was the only one in the restaurant. We were seated in a small table for two overlooking the pool and grounds. The server was kind and quick to serve. We ordered the roasted artichokes, red pizza and chocolate cremeux. All dishes are made to share. The artichokes was fresh, a good starter. The pizza was small, we had 4 slices each. The dessert was almost like a chocolate mousse layered with ice cream and cocoa brittle on top. We left satisfied, not overly stuff just perfect. Love the grounds, the relax vibes. It makes you feel like you're dining in the middle of the woods.”

“Came up to Healdsburg for the day and stopped in here for lunch. Not many of the top rated restaurants up here are open for lunch and so glad we found this restaurant. The owner and Chef talked with us about his opening up to the lunch crowd and also about his passion for cooking. The restaurant is a wonderful, eclectic spot just off the "main square". Food was absolutely incredible and elevated. Fish tacos are amazing! Service staff was excellent and friendly, adding to our experience. Definitely will be returning!!”

“My friend and I visited Healdsburg for the 1st time on Saturday evening and decided to checkout the bar scene at this nice, high end establishment.Very nice, welcoming ambiance, music and vibe as soon as you walk into the hotel lobby and bar area! LOVED it! :)We happily ordered a bunch of bar bites and drinks for a couple hours. Skilled, Seasoned Bartender Jason was amazing, attentive, friendly and made us some fabulous alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks! YAY!!! :)I think Jason’s bartending skills, the ambiance and the live jazz music were what kept us chatting, eating and drinking at the bar for hours.Of the very many bar bites we ordered, I think the bacon hamburger and delicious french fries was the best of all of our bar bite tastings.Of the many alcoholic drinks, the Espresso Bean Martini was delightfully DELISH! I would never have thought to order this drink since my FAV martini is a Grey Goose Lemon Drop so I’m so happy that Jason suggested it and served it up perfectly! You MUST try it! Can you say YUM? :)The bar crowd/customers were friendly and we sincerely enjoyed meeting some new people and chatting up a storm with them while we were there! :)I highly recommend hanging out in the bar or lounge for well made cocktails and drinks and live music! “We decided on this place for lunch, no reservation needed per yelp and website, wait time said to be 5 minutes. We were a party of 4, once we walked in we were told they were fully booked for the day, mind you that i Only saw two tables taken, however after speaking with the chef/owner, we convinced him that we wouldn't take more than 40 minutes to eat once the food was served and that we were exited to try some of their dishes, finally he agreed. We ordered several glasses of Jorden imported red wine and several dishes, the chicken kabobs were delicious, the lamb stew was also nice, the bean stew was very bland. It's not a big menu what you see on yelp is no longer there. I guess it's good that they don't over season the food, the fermented chilli sauce they provided did wonders to everything it touched! , we also got a mushroom dish that was hefty and delicious also Dungeness crab dumplings along with the other veggie dumplings. We were trying to rush because they were expecting several parties to arrive. The service slowed down after we got our food and as time passed we noticed other walk ins were getting seated with no hassles? Bigger parties than ours? I mean the owner came out to tell us we couldn't sit till we convinced him, so why was it that these other customers didn't get turned away as well? Anyhow after witnessing this I mentioned to our server that we were ready to pay so that we could clear the table, it was raining hard and still the place had several empty tables, this had me feeling some type of way, uneasy... Not the welcoming environment a good business would give. To be honest I've never experienced something like this. I'm glad I tried the food but the treatment in the beginning has me doubting to ever go back or to even recommend it to visitors in the area. Our server was friendly after he got to know us a little and so was the other young lady that was helping. One recommendation I can make is to please update the reservation status to: reservation only. No walk-ins, to prevent uncomfortable situations like mine.”

“Impressive venue, spectacular location. Just a few minutes from a beautifully designed Healdsburgh square. The restaurant is located in a historic mansion, warm and inviting upon entry. The staff is well trained, engaging but not over the top. Great selection of wines, I would like to see more of mid priced choices. All the dishes were well presented and proportioned. I was impressed how the chef made all the ingredients work in harmony. My appetizer and main dish were salty, next time I will ask for no added salt. The carrot cake for dessert was just plain. The added raisins did not elevate it, not comparable to my other dishes. A banal way to finish an otherwise fabulous meal. I will go back and I recommend it highly.”
