“Yes, I recommend Screamin’ Mimi’s, but after today’s visit I may need a new neck. SM’s has always had at least 2 easy-to-read menus viewable, at least one inside and one outside. Not now. Now the ice cream flavors are on just one electronic screen right by the cash register and it’s really high. As in Really HIGH. Lots of small print. I was wondering what kind of neck damage I was incurring while trying to read the menu. The group behind me had some little kids and the adults were having a hard time trying to read and translate (what’s lavender?) the list to them. Or, if you prefer a QR code, it’s also right next to the cash register. Don’t forget your phone! In other words, everyone who hasn’t seen today’s menu before they arrive will be stuck trying to figure out their order while standing next to the cash register, peering at a complex menu, creating a traffic jam and longer line. Please, Mimi’s, don’t have the list so high and don’t put it just before the cash register.“

“Love this spot for ice cream — local flavors, they mix it up seasonally and great quality, creamy stuff. Superb toppings bar and yes, they make a Choco Taco!
The product is made with liquid nitrogen for added smoothness, and I am partial to the berry/crisp/cookies/cream flavors, but Smores, Thai Tea, Vanilla and variations on chocolate get high marks with our crew.

“Can we talk about the best rotation on flavors!!! Every week I get to try something new. Todays choice was chocolate dipped strawberry and caramel heath in a cup. If You haven’t tried their homemade waffle cones you gotta. Friendly staff and owners. Clean environment and cute seating right outside. Located just off hwy 12. Great little stop for any time of the day. Icecream served by the half pint, pint, scoops, icecream Sandos and much more.! 5️⃣⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️“

“This specific location is always filled with super friendly and helpful staff. They recommended I download the app for all the benefits, which I did and now love. But they also helped me figure out how to navigate the app and rewards system,
while I was ordering and they did it all with a smile on their face. The store is always super clean and my orders never take long. You really do have a great staff at the Santa Rosa location!

“Nice to have an ice cream dessert spot at the Graton casino food court. While you’re at the casino if you want something sweet and quick, this is the spot. They have many flavors and options, you can smell the waffle cones. I got a single I think kids scoop of mint chocolate chip on a sugar cone. Staff are always so friendly. Just know when you fall in line to check if the line is lined up where it’s supposed to be and not straight up at the front, the set up is different to not block the entry way.“

Service is prompt and friendly. The place is spotlessly clean. There are two tables outside and benches inside, in case you would like to eat your ice cream on the spot.“

“Hands down the BEST paleteria in Sonoma County!! I’ve only gotten them off DoorDash, but even with a drive all the way from RP to Petaluma, my hot cheetos esquites retains it’s high quality!! It’s an addiction for me now almost lolol. Definitely need to go in person some time. Give Los Munchies a try if you haven’t yet!!“

“Been here a couple times. If you need churros this is the place. Freshly made you can get plain or with strawberry filling. They do have other fillings for the churros but are not vegan. Friendly people running the truck too. They are usually at the Mitote Food Park. Big Yellow Truck! Updated from previous review on 2025-04-07“
