If you visit this store for nice cup of ice cream! You may meet Francisco, what an excellent kind young man. My daughter have food allergies and he was above and beyond with his service.
I love cold stone and I absolutely love their ice cream as well but unfortunately today we spent 45 minutes standing around. A lot of the employees didn't really seem to know what was happening. I understand that when it gets busy, it gets pretty stressful but there was about 4 people working on take out and 1 person helping the people in line. Wow just wow. This is the best ice cream ever better than handles and Basket robins. YEAH sure 31 flavors but cold stone is superior. The staff is amazing and the place is squeaky clean like Mr.cleans head.
