Wow just wow. This is the best ice cream ever better than handles and Basket robins. YEAH sure 31 flavors but cold stone is superior. The staff is amazing and the place is squeaky clean like Mr.cleans head.

When I first moved to Santa Rosa 9 years ago, this place was awesome. Since covid it's been going down hill. My last 3 times there weren't that good. Order live it and the employee puts it in the 1 size lower and then puts it in the Suze you asked for after scooping it into the smaller cup but you still get charged for the bigger one. I'm done with them and I still have a gift card .

I love cold stone and I absolutely love their ice cream as well but unfortunately today we spent 45 minutes standing around. A lot of the employees didn't really seem to know what was happening. I understand that when it gets busy, it gets pretty stressful but there was about 4 people working on take out and 1 person helping the people in line. There wasn't a lot of organization and their takeout orders were also waiting for a while. In those 45 minutes of being inside, we waited around 15min for a warm and watered down smoothie for my boyfriend. Still love the ice cream but management should try something with organizing stations per person.

Service was terrible. They don't do mix in at all. Literally put topping on mostly melted ice cream. Less than half the ice cream was available. Do not recommend at all.

Terrible service. Skipped customers in front of us and reluctantly served us. Employees rude to all customers with no care in the world. Customers in front of us were as dissatisfied as us and made it known to staff. Took 45 minutes to get service with 6 people in front of us.The Rohnert Park Cold Stone store is night and day compared to Santa Rosa store
I am not in the habit of writing bad reviews nor do I like to but... We ordered an ice cream cake online for my daughters birthday. We had a specific pickup time of 1:30. When we arrived at 2pm we were told they hadn't started on it yet. We had some extra time so we went home and I came back to get it a half hour later. I walk in and they bring out a melted ice cream cake and said it just melted when they decorated it. Now my daughter custom ordered this cake for herself which means it was special to her. I didn't yell or anything I just said I wasn't going to pay for that. They offered to write happy birthday on another cake from their freezer but that really isn't what we were after with this experience. I know the employees are probably under trained. I have worked for a corporation before and I now most of the people that work for companies like this are typically teens and young adults. All I can say is it would probably be better to find a place that will actual care to get a custom ice cream cake on the day of your daughters birthday.

I would like to thank the employee who helped me today at Coldstone. While the wait time was long you were working diligently the entire time I was there. Unfortunately I became faint while waiting and asked for some water. I then almost passed out. You jumped over the counter and made sure I was okay. Thank you so much! I made it home safe and will enjoy my ice cream this evening.

Long lines, extremely slow workers!!!Glass top over ice cream case was filthy debris all over it.After waiting 15 minutes in line, the person asked me can I help you--I gave them my order said it was to go----go to pay for it and I tell them twice what it was.It was Ring up wrong so I got a smaller size without the lid for a to-go cup this is not the first time it's happened about seven times I don't like it I'll never go back there
