“I’ve been going here since I was little and nothing beats a Twister after one of their burgers. Went with my family the other night to keep the tradition going. I had a small issue with my order and the gentleman behind the counter fixed it on the spot with a smile. Excellent service that is hard to come by these days! 5-Stars - Keep up the good work and we’ll be back soon!!!“

“I would like to thank the employee who helped me today at Coldstone. While the wait time was long you were working diligently the entire time I was there. Unfortunately I became faint while waiting and asked for some water. I then almost passed out. You jumped over the counter and made sure I was okay. Thank you so much! I made it home safe and will enjoy my ice cream this evening.“

“The food was delicious regards of the comments and other reviews about frozen food. They are right the sizes are pretty small for what they’re asking for prices and it would be nice if there was a kids menu as well. It was nice that there was somebody that came to offer us ketchup or any other condiments. The atmosphere was fine except it was too loud in there they should lower the music specially when it’s packed in there.“

“Awesome ice cream place, a life saver in Napa heat during summer. The ice-cream felt natural, homemade with no artificial flavours. We tried pistachio (amazing taste & texture), rose, cardamom & saffron (heavenly, a nearby cousin of Indian malai kulfi) and cookie chocolate (kids loved it) ice-creams. The servers were patient and polite. One can also taste the ice-cream before ordering one.“
