“This is mine and my boyfriend’s favorite place to eat! The food is not only delicious but the people who work there are just so absolutely wonderful! The service is impeccable. (We very much enjoy seeing the staff when we go… and if you are seeing this we love you guys!!!) We try and go at least every other week, and when we bring someone new it becomes their new obsession too. We are considering reaching out to see if we can host an event or have them cater our engagement party. I just want to share this place with the world it’s so fabulous in every way possible. Make sure you have the fried meat gyozas and the pork belly chasu!!! 1000/10 would recommend. Also their kimchi is to die for, I always order extra. I wish they sold it by the tub! We stopped by Mountain Mike’s Pizza in the Shiloh Center (just a few minutes north of Santa Rosa in Windsor, right off the 101), and it was a great choice. There’s a huge parking lot right out front, so parking was super easy.
We ordered a large pizza half-and-half so we could try two different things:

The first half was just plain cheese. It’s an absolute classic—packed with melty cheese and has that perfect crispy, golden crust.

The second half was veggie, but with their white sauce on the bottom. This part was amazing! Instead of the usual tomato base, they used a creamy white garlic sauce underneath all the toppings. It was loaded with fresh tomatoes, green peppers, black olives, and mushrooms. The white sauce made the veggies taste so rich and juicy, and the crust didn't get soggy at all.

The place itself is really spacious and clean. It has a cool sports bar vibe with tons of big TVs showing games (NFL and baseball), making it a perfect spot to grab a beer and watch a match with friends or family. They also have a full bar with beers on draft and a fresh salad bar. The staff at the counter was super fast and friendly.
Definitely a solid 5 out of 5 stars. If you are in the Windsor/Santa Rosa area and want some great pizza, you should absolutely check them out!“

“I called in a pizza to pick up. First time getting a pizza here. They were so helpful and nice on the phone. I wasn't sure what to get. Asked if they have stuffed crust, THEY DO! I got an all-meat stuffed crust and it was ready so fast but cooked perfectly. The girl got my pizza and was super nice and friendly too. The restaurant was nice and clean, everything looked shiny and welcoming. The pizza was so good, lots of toppings, soft melty cheese and they gave me lots of parm and peppers, so I was a happy girl! Even have leftovers for lunch tomorrow, so much pizza!! Yum“

In the past, I had some issues with who I believe is the manager being a bit cold and occasionally rude over the phone, but that hasn’t been a problem in the last couple of years. The teenagers working there are always professional and welcoming, greeting customers as they walk in.“

“We are always excited to try new restaurants during Restaurant Week. While we had been to CIBO Rustico a while ago, it felt like the right time to try again. Fortunately I had the foresight to make a reservation since the place was PACKED with happy people enjoying food & each other. Always a good sign! Anyway, we ordered the restaurant week special and a nice bottle of Carol Shelton Zinfandel. Our first course was a generous arugula salad. However, it was dressed(?) with a generous helping of warm prosciutto and balsamic dressing topped with with shaved parmigiano reggiano. Outstanding and we had to take some home. The next course was spinach ravioli in cream sauce. Again, very generous and outstanding! And again leftovers! Finally, pork spareribs braised in the house made red sauce. Each serving was two ribs but plenty after the previous abundance. Unfortunately there were none of those left over but the amount was perfect. The sauce had just a little bit of an edge and the ribs were fall off the bone perfect. The Shelton Zin made a great complement to this meal. We had sort of forgotten about CIBO in our rotation but, after that meal, it had to go back to the top of the lineup. Thanks guys!“

“This was one of the most wonderful catered events I have attended in recent memory! My spouse and I hosted a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner for my son and his new spouse at DArgenzio Winery in Santa Rosa in early June of 2025. There were 35 attendees and we were catered to in the Cibo Rustico event room with a wine bar, relaxing music, bocci ball and incredible service. We selected numerous authentic Italian appetizers such as Vegan Salad, Ceasar's Salad, Rustic Fire Grilled Vegetables, Brochette breads, Caprisi Salad, and Pasta with Bolagnese and Pasta with Pesto sauces. That was followed by three delectable pizza selections (Margarita, Italian sausage and Pepperoni) and polished off with two desert selections of Chocolate Mouse and Tiramisu. Everyone in attendance was in awe of the dishes and ate until their hearts were content. We drank the DArgenzio Pinot Noir, Red Blend and Sauvignon Blanc and they were all terrific. I had forgotten that there was such a thing as "customer service" ever since the Covid19 debacle but the staff blew our socks off with friendly, attentive, professional and nurturing service for all members of the party. This was truly some of the best service I have ever seen and I would highly recommend this establishment. The cost was completely reasonable. My favorite parting shot of the event was watching all of our happy guests leave the event with boxes of awesome leftover food, bottles of extra wine and giant smiles on their face! Thank you DArgenzio Winery for making my Son's Wedding Rehearsal Dinner an unforgettable and epic event!“

“This is the best Mountain Mikes location!Been coming here since I was about 8 years old, and the staff has changed but the food is still amazing. They even have kept the gaming room section.The last time I came in, I ordered a half Snowy Alps and half cheese and extra pineapple.It was a busy night, but I got my pizza promptly. After getting in my car I opened to sneak a slice, and it didn’t have extra pineapple, it had pineapple and pepperoni. I called immediately and the staff was AMAZING! I can’t stress that enough. Not only did she remake the entire pizza, while I waited she told me to just keep the second one, then the owner came out and apologized, handed me a free soda and 2 more large ranches. I was really taken back by the level of amazing customer service they provided. And the pizza was delicious! But I'm not going out like that, I asked to have another pizza made and they did this one looked much better anyway. The taste on the pizza was very bland. Too many pizza places around to serve bad stuff and have bad service and we will not be going back.“
